Horizon Realty Management, Inc. provides owners, investors, asset managers, developers, condominium and homeowner associations with premier management services. Comprehensive, accurate and timely financials are prepared each month and distributed to the owners. Reports include but are not limited to: bank reconciliation, trial balance, balance sheet, P&L.

Going on my 3rd year renting at Princeton Place. One of the best apartment complexes I have rented. Maria and Tony in the rental office are excellent and have taken very good care of me from maintenance issues to package deliveries. The complex is clean, well maintained and I feel very safe. The residents I have found are nice and quiet. Off street location, parking, and trash pick-up at your door are very convenient. Would recommend Princeton Place to anyone.

Horizon has been great to work with! I’m Mr. Greens flooring vendor at the Paramont in Duluth and he makes things extremely easy when ordering flooring. He’s always on top of all his vendors prior to my company coming in and ensure each unit it completed to perfection. Truly enjoying being a vendor with this company! He’s a great manager!

Princeton Place Apartments in Marietta GA, is a great place to live. They were super helpful with the leasing process and making our family feel at home. We have been living here for almost year and really like the complex. It is a quite and friendly community. They pride themselves on keeping the property clean. I have had very few issues but when I did maintenance came in a timely manner. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is a great place to live and the location is fantastic.

Horizon Management has been managing our condominium for two years and has done an incredible job. Someone from their office visits at least once a week to ensure smooth sailing. The accounting office is in monthly /weekly contact with our treasurer. They are available 24/7 for emergency assistance. Without their professional guidance, we may never have fully recovered from Hurricane Irma. A truly Professional Service.

I've been an assistant manager for Horizon Realty Management for a year and a half. Our management team is top notch and very professional. Always available to answer any questions or concerns from employees and residents alike. I can safely say that of the 130 apartments in our community, 99% are happy here and we strive to make that 1% happy. I have had a few offers from other communities, but I am truly happy here and plan to be here for a very long time. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing family.

I was scouting out locations for a relocation from Houston to Atlanta, and accidentally stumbled upon this gem. Although I immediately noticed the peace and tranquility of the property, I was quickly blown away by the Horizon property staff. I explained that since I was new to the city, I was looking for a place to live near my workplace. Almost instantly she began working with me on my transitions between cities, all the while still providing me with weekly updates on the status of my lease and new apartment. It took me nearly 8 months to complete my move to Atlanta, and never did I feel anything
