I, as a realtor, hired Savage Home Inspections to inspect my new build. I am more then grateful as he uncovered an issue with the sewer line while conducting a sewer scope. The elbow was put in incorrectly causing water to have to go "uphill" while creating a few inches of standing water. This was presented to the builder who is having there own plumbers evaluate.

Corey with Savage Home Inspections was very quick with his response. He explained to me what services he offered and what I could go without if I chose to do so. He explained the services he offered very clearly so I was able to understand what I would be paying for. I was very pleased with the detailed report I received after the inspection, and the fact that he took his time to explain in detail everything about the inspection report. I appreciated the detailed report with plentiful photos so we knew exactly what what was wrong and where. The communication was very good - we received a call prior to the inspection with the costs and options of Radon inspection and sewer scope. Everything was very thorough and left no questions unanswered.

Cory did our home inspection for us just a couple weeks ago. He was thorough, knowledgable, honest, and was able to answer any question we asked him. He explained what he was doing, why certain things were the way they are, and what to expect from our new home. When a service we paid for was not able to be completed at the inspection he promptly… refunded the money for that service. Cory is such an amazing, thorough home inspector. As a realtor, I need to ensure my clients are taken care of 100%. I can always rely on Cory to do an amazing inspection, but on top of that, he always goes the extra mile for my clients. I had a client whose insurance dropped her suddenly because they claimed there were issues with her roof and… gutters. I called Cory right away and he verified that insurance company was incorrect, went over there the next day to take pictures for her to show to insurance company, AND cleaned out her gutters! really goes the extra mile and I am so excited
