It was wonderful working with Mike. When it came time to tour apartments, he ensured each one fit my requirements and timeframe, then created an efficient schedule to see them without any waiting in between. He is great about asking questions you might forget or not think of.

It’s difficult to say enough good things about how helpful Michael was in our apartment search in San Antonio. We are moving from Pennsylvania to San Antonio and had begun the arduous task of contacting individual apartment complexes to determine availability of apartments meeting our criteria within our time window. I am currently moving out of state from San Diego, CA to San Antonio, TX. I have no knowledge of the area and didn't know where I should or shouldn't live. This is the first time I ever utilized an apartment locater service. When I called to make an appointment I knew immediately that I was in good hands with Michael. He is very detailed oriented and was able to provide me a list of apartments that fit my criteria in less than 24 hours. Michael even went on the tours with me. Michael gave up an entire Saturday to help two moms from Austin find an apartment for their daughters in San Antonio. Not being familiar with the area, we didn't even begin to know where to look. We gave Michael a list of "must-haves" and he sent us a list of properties, from which we pulled six or seven contenders. I hadn't rented an apartment since 1996 and things have changed a LOT. When we first decided to move to San Antonio from Portland, OR, my husband and I made the decision based on ONE visit to the city. We started looking at apartments online, and tried to remember what parts of town we liked so we could narrow down our search, but we quickly became overwhelmed! If there were an option for 10 stars, Mike would still get all of them. After looking by ourselves for weeks we finally contacted an apartment finder which made our process 100x easier. He was knowledgeable, kind, very understanding and made sure he got the best deal for us. He knew questions to ask that my roommate nor I ever would have thought to ask.
