We provide a full range of property management services to ensure that all of your property management needs are completely taken care of. Perform cleaning or maintenance service for common areas of building and grounds, if applicable. Perform routine maintenance of major equipment such has heating and air conditioning system, water heater, etc.

Complete showing first - Do not apply until after you have attended a showing and have seen the apartment. Income - Must have documented household monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount, or housing agency assistance. Support Documentation - upload drivers license or state ID, Social security card (or other proof of SSN), income verification (3 most recent pay stubs, social security income, Link, Disability income, etc.)

While typical residential agents might focus on home sales in certain areas popular with homeowners, our expertise is with south and west side rental investment property.

I stayed in an unit of Paragon Property Management, with my cousin, for a 1 year lease. Any time we had an issue, it was handled in a timely manner. Always received quick responses. The maintenance crew were always polite and respectful. Even during the application process for the apartment, we were allowed to explain any discrepancies, they definitely worked with us.
