The staff at Diamonds by Siag were extremely helpful in making my engagement proposal a reality and meeting my timeline to make a custom ring! They have an amazing selection of stones. After working with another jeweler for over 6 months, struggling to find the diamond I wanted and getting frustrated at the pace of the progress, I happened into this shop and they were able to physically show me 4 pear-shaped options that fit all the parameters I requested, that same evening! Just got married on 7/31 and am absolutely in love with my new wedding band from Diamonds by Siag. They are so friendly here and I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase, which is saying a lot considering the vibes you get when you go into basically any other jeweler in the Diamond District. I went in with some inspiration photos for my band, and Tova was very knowledgeable and let me know that although the band is very pretty, she didn't recommend because the diamonds could easily fall out. I was in a pinch just now and needed to get my ring size urgently for my fiancé to resize my ring ASAP. I came straight from work to find the closest jeweler (to the folks in the store I was the madwoman in my scrubs!) and these sweet folks let me in despite closing hours to check. Everyone inside was a sweetheart and truly made me feel like I was worth tending to. If you are looking to buy a special piece of jewelry, RUN, don't walk to Diamonds by Siag! I cannot say enough about the quality of their work! My boyfriend and I walked in while researching eternity bands for our engagement. I didn't want a solitaire, but we didn't want to buy any run of the mill band. Tova listened to what we had in mind. I stopped by Diamonds by Siag on recommendation from a friend. I've never purchased an engagement ring before and after visiting several jewelry places I found myself at Diamonds By Siag where I was greeted by Olivia. Her & Evelyn were very helpful in the process of helping me find the perfect rings for my fiancé and myself. Also, helping find something within my budget but really worth. Evelyn was extremely helpful in finding what I really wanted in a band, it's true what she said it's always better to have bigger diamonds and she gave me a good discount too! I cannot recommend this place enough! I was a little intimidated by the prospect of walking around diamond district without really knowing what I was doing. I was with my mom, sister, and a friend. We were actually just *supposed* to be browsing. We went into a few stores beforehand and were very uncomfortable and people weren't too helpful. Al and Tova have been great! Over the years, we have come to them for various jewelry needs, be it my engagement ring, a wedding band for out of town friends, various birthday gifts, etc. They worked with us on each piece to ensure it was designed exactly as we wanted.

Of course, most important is the value, the creativity, the access to great gems, and the price. All A++ at Siag. I went recently with a gorgeous, but old, Victorian setting.
