It can be attributed to one person. My Grandpa. He started teaching me when I still needed a stool to reach the kitchen counter and every appliance looked like a skyscraper. He would sit me on his lap and show me how to roll dough, make homemade pie crust, bread, pies. So sufficed to say I wasn't the average little girl watching cartoons or playing barbies.
I was busy watching Julia Child and other cooking shows and playing restaurant in my bedroom. Through the years my love for food has only grown. Thankfully I've found an awesome husband to join in my obsession. We are always experimenting with new flavors, making new messes, and learning new lessons.

The breakfast bowls and sandwiches are very yummy! Highly recommend this place. My only minor feedback would be to grill the outside of the burritos for the extra yumminess. The cakes are UNREAL! The veggie lunch sandwich is great and I would LOVE a breakfast veggie sandwich added to the menu (there is an amazing one at Heidi's in auburn and I always think it would be amazing to combine the ingredients of this awesome gluten free place with the toppings of the veggie breakfast sandwich there). This place is great, it even tastes better than "gluten filled" food!

Literally the best sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit that I’ve had in a long long time. And a phenomenal donut as well. And everything’s gluten-free(!) which is not a requirement for me, but so damn good either way! On top of that, attentive, lovely, hilarious folks who own and work there. Do not miss!

I couldn't let this pass based on the last 2 reviews. It is *NOT* overpriced for a dedicated gluten free facility AND it is not "snooty" to maintain a safe allergen free environment in your shop! How clueless to walk in to an allergy sensitive establishment with outside food!!! I am going to assume this is just lack of knowledge and ignorance on the previous 2 reviewers. The food is great and it is a huge relief to know my daughter can eat there safely. Thank you.

My family and I stopped by here when visiting last week. My FIL is gluten free and I love cider so we thought this would be a fun place for a quick stop. Boy am I glad we stopped in! The owners and staff are wonderful! Candice was super knowledgeable and straightforward about all the ciders and beers and was able to find all 5 adults in our group 1 (or 2) drinks that we really liked. My FIL was able to have a beer for the 1st time in a decade! Other members of my family were visiting with us from Columbia and the staff was so patient while we were relaying info to them in Spanish.

If you’re celiac, you must stop here. We came for breakfast and enjoyed the stuffed French toast with lemon, and blueberry drizzle, as well as the breakfast sandwich. Our friend had the biscuits and gravy which she hasn’t had in four years. She was in heaven! We took some baked goods to go. Be careful. They sell out early, so don’t show up at noon and hope to access a full menu. Can’t wait to sample our donut. The savoury scones were gobbled up at lunchtime to rave reviews!

Made a surprise 7 am stop here while driving through Maine and it was the highlight of the drive. This place is well worth it and their pastries are incredible whether you are gluten free or not. They change the pastries daily, so my main advice is to order several. This family-run operation is definitely worth a stop, and they are super friendly.

This bakery is amazing. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 4 years ago and I have tried many gluten free bakeries. This one is by far, the best of all that I've tried. It's a family owned bakery, that is dedicated to gluten free. It's so nice to have a place to go that I can satisfy my sweet tooth, and not have to worry about being sick later. They have amazing variety, and the prices are great. They'll also take requests if you let them know ahead of time. We ordered three dozen mini cupcakes and a dozen everything cookies for an office party. The delivery arrived on time. The cupcakes and the cookies were a hit! The salted caramel cupcakes were the office favorite. BUT the cookies were eaten quickly as well. We were saying goodbye to two interns and these youngin's really liked the desserts as well. I will ABSOLUTELY order from Butter Up again....probably for our next intern farewell in a couple weeks.

Absolutely delicious cupcakes, great customer service! The chocolate Nutella were a group favorite but I really loved the lemon raspberry. The kids at the party loved the strawberry milkshake. I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes rather last minute for a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. Since we live in the free delivery zip code, they delivered to our party right on time. The cupcakes were not only beautiful but also delicious - well balanced flavor between the cake and the icing. I absolutely will be ordering from here in the future!!

Terrific customer service ! I needed same day delivery of a dozen cupcakes to-a bar my boyfriend and I were at , along with a group of friends to celebrate his birthday. Zack from BUB was right on time with delivering them to us !

I found this place on Yelp while looking for vegan cupcakes. We ordered a dozen, half carrot cake and half double chocolate, for my dad's birthday. I called on Monday to place an order for Saturday. Only one person at the party was vegan, but they were enjoyed by all. Moist and delicious without any chemical taste that comes with some vegan baked goods. I will definitely be ordering again for future events and recommending to my friends. I would love to know how they got the frosting to taste so good. I have tried my hand at some vegan baking and the frosting always trips me up. They delivered

The other day my buddy came into my place of business and dropped off a few of these cupcakes which included a peanut butter, strawberry, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chips variety. My team took it upon themselves to go to town on these and had at least two. These cupcakes were light, fluffy, buttery, full of flavor, and carefully decorated. The attention to detail in the frosting was great. Sorry I didn't take a picture of them, since everyone basically inhaled them all. 10/10 One of the best cupcakes i've had in a long time.

I'll start with the double-chocolate, vegan/gluten free cupcakes, as these were the primary reason we went with Butter Up (that they would make these on three days notice. Move over Mrs.Field's & even the best bakery you can find . Butterupbaking.biz is the best & your friends will thank you for ordering from them !! You could not find a more professional home baked tasting cookies than Butter Up Bakery by Amber and Zach ! I love the everything cookie & their oatmeal cookies . The everything cookie is so unique as Amber came up with the recipe herself from trying other cookies . She's very creative and talented ! It has sweet and salty and chocolate all in one cookie . Both the cookies I mentioned are large and filling ! It took me 40 minutes

This is my sister and her husband Zach's business, they are awesome people and produce fantastic baked goods.
