I moved into the Greenbriar Apartment three months ago, and I have had a marvelous experience here. Joy and Laura in the leasing office are wonderful, and always kind and helpful. Every time I call Laura, the leasing agent, with a maintenance request, she makes sure it is taken care of within a few hours. Residents are friendly and the grounds are well-maintained. I highly recommend the Greenbriar Apartments, and their terrific staff.

So I waited until I was living here a month to give it a review. But after a month, here’s the scoop.
The pros:
I came in and met with Joy, who was super friendly and able to answer all of my questions. In fact, when I was having trouble filling out the application online due to issues on my phone, she was able to patiently walk me through things. The few questions I have had were quickly answered and she was always a pleasure to deal with.
My apartment had been empty prior to my move in, so I got new flooring which was cool. So far, though, the rock star has been Corbin, the maintenance guy

My residency here at Greenbriar Apartments Tulsa has been a God sent. I Love the Management Staff and the Maintenance Crew. I'm so proud of my choice of residence. The Amazing pride to keep Greenbriar Apartment looking it's best year round keeps Me renewing my lease year after year. The level of Respect given by The Greenbriar Management Team truly deserves a 5-Star Review and their dedication to the upkeep of the Units and property Landscape is why Greenbriar remains my home. I have lived at Greenbriar for 7 years. Susan and Maynard go out of their way to help and treat this property as if their own family lives here! The property is well kept and quiet. It backs up to a pretty trail, where you can take your animals. If you are looking for rent that is not outrageous and staff that actually cares....move here!

The maintenance personnel is on site for
any emergency you may have. The property
is always very clean and well kept. And the best part is how peaceful and quiet it is here. I have had zero problems with noise or other people. And that says alot for apartment living.
If it wasn't for needing 3 bedrooms, I would see no reason to leave at all. If ever I am in need of an apartment around Tulsa, I'll be sure that this is the first place I come back too. The location is perfect with I44 and hwy 75 just minutes away

I have had a very positive experience with this apartment complex. Management and maintenance always take care of my needs as quickly as they can, they remember my name and greet me every time I come in the office. Susan and Maynard do their best to make this place a home. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is always sparkling!

Beautiful, small quiet community. I love the wonderful gazebo in the middle, where you can enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning and read a book or do some meditation. The manager Deena is always so helpful and bends over backwards to really take care of her residents. You can't go wrong by choosing to make Greenbriar your new home!

I lived here for the past 5 years. The location is great. Close to Tulsa Hills/Jenks area and just a 12 minute drive from downtown.
It's quiet, well kept, and well hidden! There's a running trail that residents have access to, a pool, and small walking trails for pets within the apartment complex. Can't beat that they have a washer and dryer in every unit!
Regarding the staff, they are great. They did go through a few changes but what apartment complex doesn't? Even so, staff has always been polite and attentive. Alicia has been around for a while and makes herself available to answer any questions
