I love Woodgate apartments. To start, my work commute is easy due to close access of the highway (Bangerter highway). Jordan Distric is across from our apartments. So many stores and restaurants (big two thumbs up). My apartment is two bedroom, both rooms have walk in closets.

I chose bedroom 2 for the bigger bathroom :D Washer and dryer included at no extra cost (4 thumbs up) lots of cabinets in the kitchen, great space in the pantry, big utility closet, love our patio its great for stepping out and work if you work from your computer.24-7 gym is great if you are someone like me that hates to go far from home to exercise.

The issue with the dishwasher seems to be better, but the dryer is still leaving brown streaks on my clothes, so today wasn't fixed at all.

Overall, it's not a bad place to live. I lived here for 13 years. The only major complaints I have would be their garbage collection system and the patio policy.
The garbage collection system is valet type where you leave your garbage on your porch and they pick it up each night. Only issue is that they limit it to 25 pounds (they don't even try if it's at least 15) and that the garbage on the porches leaves stains and during hot days can smell horrible.
The patio policy is that only outdoor type furniture can go out there. Got notices about some things I put out there which over time got to

Every apartment complex has their drama and other issues from neighbors to management and the general neighborhood, even this complex. However out of the 5 or so apartment complex experiences I've had in my life, this place is by far the best. This is the third complex I've rented from out of my own pocket and it has only been since late October 2021 hat I've lived here. Not only does the front office answer their phones reliably (though sometimes they are not able to come to the phone due to dealing with issues, tours, etc), they have amazing amenities that I've experienced so far, very clean

So far, so good. The move-in process was decently easy. The maintenance team is excellent and deserves a 5 star review on its own. My only problem is that not all of our emails receive responses. Also, other residents do not pick up after their dogs or keep the trash area in order.

This is the worst place you could chose to live seriously anywhere else is better. They will charge you a fee for everything, they are nothing but money grubbers who don't care about the people who live there. Seriously this place is the worst, from their terrible trash service to their lack of communication.

My one suggestion is run as far away as you can and find some place better.

Edit:
Don't lie to my face, you guys are so full of it and you don't care about your residents you don't work with us at all, you can't even make maintenance appointments.

So far so good. Management is awesome. We were able to be approved really quickly. Everyone has been really nice and we feel right at home. Any issues we have had they resolved right away. We love the dog park. Only wish there was more parking options by our building.
