As an option to deposit requirements, Jetty offers a deposit alternative solution with a small, monthly or one-time non-refundable payment to make renting your home more affordable. You can choose to pay a small monthly or one-time payment. If you opt out of the Jetty program, you will be required to pay a cash deposit.

I’ve been here two weeks and it took a week to get my patio door fixed so it would lock. I came home today to find someone parked in my garage stall. After talking to staff, I found out that they gave it to someone else after I’d been parking there for over a week. It hasn’t been resolved and I can’t currently park in the garage. Not a good first impression.

I lived here for the past 3 years and loved every minute of it. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful, and the property is beautifully upkept. I can't say enough good things about the staff .....They have been wonderful. They are kind and courteous, and whenever I had a maintenance request, it was taken care of within 24 hours. The amenities are outstanding. The views are beautiful and restful. A lot of love and care goes into making this a great place to live. In the 3 years I lived here, I always felt safe and "at home". I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting to move to this

Was visiting my family. I was roughly here for 2 week. I have to tell you what an amazing apartment community this is. Beautiful location and the office staff is really nice. Anytime I had any questions of concerns they helped me out. This was my first time visiting MN and I have to say I am very impressed at park at city west. In future if I ever move to MN park at city west would be my first home. I see all these negatives reviews that do not speak for this community at all. The leasing lady and the property manager went out of their way to make my feel at home.

My girlfriend and I lived here for over a year and were very reluctant to leave. The team at Park at City West was amazing! Big shout out to Dianna and Yer. They always treated every issue (which wasn't very often) quickly and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Amazing community (especially if you have a dog) to be apart of. The staff really made you feel like a part of their own family. Treated us with respect and understanding the whole time.
Very safe. Easy to pick up packages and a lot of local trails, restaurants, parks and easy access to highways. We were bummed to find out

I lived here for a shorter amount of time. I will say that the staff is smaller for the needs of many tenants. I will say is that when I spoke to them they always gave a warm welcome and worked with me on problems I had and we figured out a way to solve them. This staff works tirelessly hard to try and meet the needs of many. I would suggest if you want to live here, to put your best foot forward with kindness and they will return the favor with great quality of service to meet your needs. They are very patient and competent, just sometimes need a little reminder if something is important to you

Don't rent any apartment at City West Pkwy. The management is horrible and their service is unprofessional. Whoever likes snakes, this apartment is perfect... snakes everywhere even in the entranve door to the apartment, the snake will crawl from the hole next to the door. The smell at the front door smell horrible due to the dog peeing and pooping. Weed is 3 to 4 feet long, still doesn't mow. Called them and they said they have to come and see if it's their property. The guy in the office is very rude and unprofessional. The water is leaking in the master bedroom. I called them

This was our little home retreat out of the city, as we were surrounded by beautiful woods and walking and biking trail. But what stood out the absolute most was the wonderful and best office administrator Diana. She was always so warm and welcoming and helpful in every way! We will miss our stops and visits with her. The apartment was cozy and our wood burning fireplace was so warm and inviting during the winter months and summer evenings. Thank you park at city west for a lovely home while we relocated to the cities!

This apartment is great! The units are all nicely remodeled and is a pretty affordable bang for your buck. Park at City West is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. All the tenants are also very nice. The leasing consultant, Diana LeClaire, is very good at her job. She is extremely nice and helpful. We submitted maintenance requests and they immediately came the next day and solved all of our issues. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

I moved into my apartment at the beginning of September (2016) and have had nothing but issues. Right from the beginning the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before I moved in and the upstairs neighbors were extremely rambunctious and have a dog that is untamed and barks uncontrollably. The managers assured me that they would take care of it...never happened.
I am in a unit that is in a non-smoking building, however, that does not stop people from smoking inside, on their decks, or right outside of the building.
