If you value having a quiet place to live, don’t live here. The floors are incredibly thin and the office will not tell you that when you move in. It sounds like my upstairs neighbor is going to come crashing through my roof at all hours of the day and night. “Dog park” is disgusting always, neighbors don’t pick up after their dogs. Too expensive for what you’re getting, definitely price gouging people stranded in this housing market.
Gym is meh, pool is meh, won’t catch me in that hot tub🤢, we finally have grass again after 6 months.

Shirley- I have lived at Cooley station apt Since they opened up and I love the complex.they keep it clean and the rental office Reggie and Angelica the manager are awesome if you need anything they are on it right away,I just signed my lease again for another year Everyone makes you feel like your at home here I don’t want to leave. Oh can’t leave out the maintenance people and cleaning people are awesome to.

This is the quintessential embodiment of an warm cozy dwelling. The staff must have been trained at a management school because they are top notch and always on the ball. Angelica, one of the staff members in particular has gone above and beyond with help through the leasing process and my time in the apartment. You will not be making a mistake by calling this place home. Don’t sleep on it, and just sign. :)

This place is amazing! There are beautiful, brand new amenities and apartments, with a resort-style feel and open concept designs. I've lived in about 5 different apartment complexes in my life and this is by far the best with staff, maintenance, and amenities. The leasing office has been beyond amazing with questions, concerns, and communication. We worked mostly with Reggie and Troy, who have gone above and beyond any expectations we possible could have had. Thank you so much!!!

Really amazing apartment complex, I love my apartment the only thing is I moved in when they were still building units so I didn't get the full benefit of the apartment complex having everything together. The last thing to get put together was the parking situation which can be frustrating since it is a new process with it being assigned. There is limited parking and not much parking for visitors but I typically don't have many visitors. I love the whole experience, the only thing is you have to pay for a trash service pick up that is a requirement and sometimes (which might be through no fault

I have lived here since April 1ST and so far so good. Troy was our leasing agent and was very nice throughout the process. Upon moving in there were things needing addressing and the Maintenance here "Roberto" is out of this world! He goes above and beyond, its MUCH APPRECIATED! I love that I'm the FIRST to live in my apartment, it is an extra special touch. We just had a get together (Meet and greet) a variety of imported beer was provided and Troy was so kind to host the event. I have traveled around the country quite a bit and have lived in many different apartment complexes and rental homes. I can honestly say that Acero Cooley Station is by far the nicest, cleanest, and most luxurious apartment that I have ever lived in. I am a big fan of natural light that takes advantage of the Arizona sun, and warm bright colors, and Acero has that in spades. With a great view of the surrounding mountains, numerous walking trails, quiet upscale suburban setting, and brand new to boot, Acero is what most renters would wish for in an ideal apartment.
