I have lived here just about a year. The apartment grounds are always so clean, I see alot of neighbors with their dogs and never see any dog mess on the ground. They supply doggie bags, pretty much at every corner for easy pick up and throw away convenience. Cyllia s the best!! She is so nice and quick to offer help!

My family and I did a short-term lease at Green Leaf Waterstone while our home was being built. We absolutely loved our time here. The community is safe, clean and "homey." Our apartment was lovely - the floorplan was spacious and I loved having an attached garage, upstairs loft and two balconies. The pool and hot tub were a bonus! Management was friendly and helpful, and they accommodated our short-term lease needs with ease! They also had cute, free community events from time-to-time, as an appreciation to their residents! I would recommend Greenleaf Waterstone to anyone looking for a nice, modern

We have lived here for a few years and it has been an enjoyable experience. We have beautiful landscaped trails. The floor plans are spacious and updated. We totally feel safe here and are next to two beautiful new schools. The grounds are kept up very nicely. What I love most is our Managment Staff. Karina, Cyllia, and Melissa are the best!!! They have been amazing through this Pandemic and have done their absolute best to assist their tenants. Always warm and professional. This has been extremely important to us. One of the best properties I have ever been to by far. Karina Butter was my previous manager at the last apartments I lived in. She makes my family and I feel very welcomed and part of the family!!! It’s a very quite neighborhood everyone is so respectful and the most amazing part is the shopping center… It’s literally 5mins away and the hot tub is open all year long!!!!!!

The Greenleaf Waterstone has a warm and inviting feeling. There is a little park area for the kids, plenty of areas or trails for the pups to walk around too. The ladies are very knowledgeable in the office and made the move in process a breeze. Thank you, Cyllia who personally helped with our signing of the lease.

Green Leaf Waterstone is a nice place to live, but the speed bumps are too high. My car oil pan hits every time I go over them.
They had a gym, however it was eliminated and the area was turned into the leasing office.
They do have dedicated areas for dogs and they have a strict policy about picking up after dogs. As a result, one can pretty freely enjoy the grassy areas. They have lots of trees which provide shade and a little more privacy. The grounds are well maintained and there's adequate parking near the mailboxes to stop and pick up the mail.

I've been on the waiting list going on a year! I love the place, but never seem to get a chance to live here. I have a couple friends who live here. One in a Carson apartment and the other a Truckee apartment. Both are wonderful townhouses with two car garages and 3rd story loft's. Just wish I would get the opportunity to live there.

When I think about what has transpired over the last couple of days, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of disappointment. My family and I had such high hopes when we chose to make Greenleaf Waterstone a new place to call home.
From the moment we stepped foot into the unit we immediately noticed the complete lack of care, cleanliness, time or effort that was put into preparing the unit for new tenants. For starters, the kitchen was a complete wreck. The cabinets are completely ruined and there was even a cabinet door missing. The microwave and refrigerator

I just moved in to these apartments I've only been here 4 days and all I have to say is STAY AWAY!!! These so called remodeled "luxury apartments" are not at all luxury. They are just old apartments that they have tried to redo and have done a horrible job. Every part of the apartment squeaks, makes loud noises, the floors constantly make noise where ever you walk it's so annoying and loud!!! My husband wakes up to use the restroom at night I wake up from the loud floor! It's that bad and i have recordings. I honestly feel bad for who ever lives under us. The walls are

Working in property management, I know what to expect when renting and Waterstone far exceeds any property I have ever lived at or worked for! The office staff is always super kind and helpful, work orders are done with excellence and they are constantly upgrading the property and grounds. It feels very safe and secure and my children love playing there. Hopefully rent prices don't increase too much as I hope to continue to make Waterstone my home for as long as I can!

I lived at this property back when it was called Waterstone at Kiley Ranch. I lived in the Truckee unit in 2015 and the Walker unit in 2018. LOVED both units and the property. Never heard my neighbors in either unit. The garages were spacious and since I had 1 car, there was space for storage as well. The lofts were spacious and could act as an additional bedroom. The garbage disposal wasn't working in the Truckee unit when I moved in but the maintenance guy was responsive and came to replace it immediately. In the Walker unit the hot water wasn't working when I moved in but the maintenance

Cons: Overpriced, billing and office procedures are behind the times making any transactions more difficult than necessary. When moving in apartment was only half cleaned, carpet was poorly installed, tack strips were exposed, paint was sloppily done, there was still masking tape and paint splatter in multiple areas. Lived in Apartement for only two months. Left place cleaner and in better condition than when I moved in. Was still charged excess money for cleaning fee and touch up paint.
