The Landings at Markhams Grant Apartments is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.

My experience was extremely awesome, along with excellent professionalism, and customer service. Latoya Chase was so very sweet, and patient with me, I reccomend The Landing Apartments any day. The previous day I worked with Orissa, she was very kind. I had to go, and pick up a Money order. I knew then it was a done deal. Orissa even waited, and Latonya waited for me, The best customer service ever... Kudos to Orissa.

Management expedited my request for maintenance issues, and my problems were solved by the next day. I am grateful for that. However, I did not know maintenance rep was coming. It would have been better to have informed me in advance that work had been scheduled. That way I could make sure I’m available during the time period needed to make any repairs. Again, the management office promptly handled my concerns, and maintenance rep carried out his duties with efficiency. Thank you.

This is one of the best apartments In Woodbridge! Very neat and quiet.It is well-kept and maintenance is always on time when they are called.Ms. LaToya Is such an amazing person! She is extremely patient and cares a lot about the concerns of her residents, I had so many issues with the office that had to be taken care of and no matter how frustrated I got , she was always very kind and willing to help me without a frown.I remembered speaking to a couple of people at the same office who either hung up the phone on me or asked in a rude tone of voice why I was frustrated or being loud on the phone

I have informed the office numerous times regarding the tenants above me the constant stomping and excessive running day in and out. I’m constantly buying light bulbs to replace in my ceiling I had to purchase a step ladder because I’m tired of calling maintenance to replace the bulbs. It’s overwhelming to have to tolerate a tenant that doesn’t care and really needs to be placed on the first floor so her little kids can run all over her apartment like she allows them to do. My pictures frames have to be replaced because the excessive stomping and sometimes I don’t know if the dining room

Orissa will need a raise!!!! I talked to her about a few maintenance issues in my home and she was super nice , professional and friendly. She ensured me that all will be handled in a timely manner and it was!!!! I’m a big “follow up and follow through “ person and by the looks of it so is she !! The maintenance guys the come to my home are always nice and sweet as well!! Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work!!

We’ve had 6 leaks since we moved in less than 2 years ago. All from different places in different rooms. One time it dripped on our baby’s crib from a sprinkler, twice it leaked from our vents, another time from a sprinkler in a different room, and another time through the ceiling from a leak upstairs. If you’re looking for a quality place to live you should look somewhere else. Maintenance is quick to respond and the people in the office are nice which is why I gave 2 stars. But these apartments are falling apart.

I been living here for over 4 years. It has been great until now that we are under new management. It’s impossible to get in touch with the rental office staff. You have to email and call multiple times which is frustrating to say the least!! I can’t wait until my lease is over because the new staff SUCKS! When you walk in they just stare at you like why are you here! Paper is everywhere, they are unable to find things it’s terrible !

Every few months or so, we change management here. They have 0 communication skills. I’ve put in orders that have been a week or two out. They told me it will be a few days to wait on the part. So I called a week later. Then they said there is no order... this happened several times!!! I’ve lived here for 4 years and the same thing occurs. I love the neighborhood but hate the management. Who would think they could have so many issues with an apartment complex? Did I mention that they towed my car before giving me a notice? only
