Great amenities. Quick response to maintenance requests. Friendly staff. Right across the street from grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, and restaurants and a bar. Down the road from a great brewery (Jessup). Biking distance to downtown (20 mins). Some noisy neighbor dogs, which the staff kindly intervened to reduce noise.

The price of their one bedroom apartments were already pretty pricey and that's before you find out that it doesn't include the community electric fee and other fees which already adds on a couple extra hundred dollars. The rooms were unfurnished which is ridiculous with a price this expensive and I found out that the bedroom and living room didn't even have lights!!!!! We had to go buy our own lights and install them. What sort of "luxury" apartment is this?? They also don't provide you with internet which is a basic thing that other apartments provide you with no extra charge so you also have

The apartment units themselves are very nice and its a quiet complex, but the amenities always seem to be broken and take forever to fix. The communication on the office staffs part has been very lackluster over the last year as well. I've had numerous emails and phone calls that have never been responded to and its extremely frustrating.

We lived at The Trails for the past 4 1/2 years and can't say enough good about it. We have lived at several places in Fort Collins, and The Trails was by far the best experience that we have had with apartments. The office staff are always friendly and more than willing to help with anything that they can. The maintenance staff is the same. It doesn't matter how small or big the issue, they are extremely professional and prompt with their service. It's a very family friendly community. The amenities are a great option for extra things to do without spending more money, and provided our family

Don't think twice about this complex just sign!
Over the 2 years of living at the trails we (My wife and I) have had nothing but an excellent experience. Out of the complexes we have lived in (3 Total) this was our best experience hands down.
The office staff is kind and always happy to answer questions, and the maintenance staff very professional and friendly. The amentias are nice as well but with out the staff it would mean nothing.
Even with new staff members the same level of excellence was always there!
Choose the Trails if you are in between living situations.

Excellent apartments with excellent amenities, have lived here 2 years and couldn't be happier. Appliances are all fairly new and maintenance never takes more than 24 hours to get things fixed. Best of all is the management, which has been EXTREMELY accommodating to all our needs, 10/10 highly recommend.

I lived at the Trails at Timberline for year. It’s one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had living in an apartment complex. My only complaint is the parking however there are garages available everywhere. I recommend getting one. I’m 47 years old and I’ve lived in apartments all of my adult life. The staff and maintenance crew are incredible. Whenever I had an issue it was addressed and fixed right away. I only moved for my job otherwise I would’ve stayed there for a long time. If you’re looking for a nice apartment complex with an incredible management team and the best maintenance

This apartment building is amazing. The amenties are great and so nice to have. I use the pool spa and gym very often. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with any problems we have. They also have fun activities and snacks all the time in the clubhouse. I never hear neighbors or any outdoor noises. I know a previously comment said they constantly hear sirens but I've been there a year and have never heard one. This apartment is huge and way more luxerious then others in the area. I've looked at some other apartments and they are more expensive for less amenties and less space

The construction is new and the staff is nice, but that's about it. One of the most expensive places per square foot to rent in Fort Collins. You pay 350 dollars a year in base fees for stuff you can't use after 6. Your neighbors food smells creep in through the utility closets and make your whole place smell. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and sirens from the local police station are constant. Moved out recently and couldn't be happier.

This is the best place to live in Fort Collins. Hands down. My husband and I moved several times in Fort Collins and both agree that the Trails at Timberline made us feel the most at home.
The staff here is INCREDIBLE! Kelly, Clarissa, Kelsey and Rhiannan at the leasing office knew our names and always greeted us with a smile.
Their clubhouse is amazing and comes with a bowling alley, gaming systems, a movie theatre, gym, sauna, pool, billiards table, a commercial kitchen and a virtual golf simulator- perfect for hanging out with friends and having date nights.

We sold our house last year and needed a place to live while we waited for our new house to be ready. At the time, the rental market was tight, and we were worried that we may not find a place to live. Then we came to the Trails at Timberline and met with Rhiannon. She was very nice and understood our situation. She told us that there were a couple of vacancies coming up. And although the timing didn't perfectly coincide with our move, she would hold one for us so that we didn't have to worry. This helped our stress level tremendously.

I LOVE this place. Moved in on January 1 and couldn't be more pleased with the staff, location, amenities and responsiveness. Application process is painless and quick, and moving in was even easier. The Trails At Timberline is the finest apartment living I've ever experienced. There isn't a higher quality of apartment living. Don't worry about checking it before you rent, just do it; especially if you are moving to CO & need a place.

We moved across the country and had to pick out a place to live without seeing it. Trails at Timberline has far exceeded our expectations. The staff are extremely friendly and both Taylor and Kelly have been wonderful to work with. The community has amazing amenities and is kid and dog friendly. The social calendar that they developed has been a great way to connect with the community and meet neighbors. We couldn't be happier!
