We love living at Residence of West Beach (affectionately called RWB). It feels like a resort atmosphere to us. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is amazing! We recently retired and moved here from the Dallas area. We started out with a realtor to find a small beach house/condo. We were not able to find what we wanted (close to the beach, nice pool are for swimming and relaxing, open beach vibe living, and a private balcony with a view). We got it all! Kudos to Kelly, Maddie, Sam, and Mike! Y’all are great!

My husband and I love living here. It starts with an excellent management team that truly cares about the property. Maddie and Kelly are amazing to work with. Maintenance is super fast and attentive. We’ve only had a couple of minor issues and they were there right away to take care of it. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the beach. It’s also very peaceful at night. No traffic or people noise. I would definitely recommend this property.

Be very careful when applying for these apartments. The management was really nice during our meeting, but pressured me to apply and pay application fee on the spot. Didn't do their part in explaining their process and give me time to review all of the terms or give me a chance to read everything.
I was swindled out of $400 dollars and was told I falsified information. No I did not FALSIFY anything. I get approved every time I apply with other companies! NEVER HAD AN ISSUE, EVER. Cheers to Maddie, the leasing agent with a friendly smile and warm welcome. This community has that Carribean Feel, very colorful and cute.
It is not far from the beach and ocean. My husband and I were looking to make a move to Galveston, TX, and looked at several apartment communities.
Maddie, deserves 10 stars if not more, she knows and exhibits great customer service. She was very informative on the phone and when showing the property. She even took photos of the available apt and emailed to me. Now that's what I call service.

The office staff went above and beyond to get us moved in on a timely manner. The apartment was super clean and they even left us a cute welcome home gift. I'm so glad that we are able to live here I have a wonderful view of things and it's so peaceful here. So many great amenities and the maintenance is A1. I look forward to being here for a long time. I would recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to live! ☺️☺️

I lived at Residence West Beach for a year. I would still be there if I hadn't decided to buy a house. I really enjoyed my time there. The apartment manager and office staff are really friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. It's a pretty quiet place to live. It's easy walking distance to the beach & there is always a nice sea breeze. I highly recommend this complex.

We love our apartment. Centrally located for grocery stores and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and the management does a great job with maintenance needs. I didn't give it a 5 star rating only because the kitchen is on the small side. But it is what to expect for this price range and size. I highly recommend these apartments.

Super pet friendly place to live. Great sense of community here. Smaller complex, with a large heart. Many residence have lived here for years, and we hope to stay planted as well. The staff truly cares about each resident individually as a person, and not just another number. Work orders or issues are handled and completed in a very timely manner! Can't say enough good things about living here! You surely get what you pay for!
