Maximum of 3 pets per apartment. Dogs and Cats only. There is a one-time pet fee of $500 per pet due at move-in and monthly pet rent in the amount of $25 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Please refer to Northland's Restricted Breed List. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment.

This place is not worth the rent they are asking for. Glad they have changed Management. They seem to be getting things done.
I have an issue with calling the office no one answers. When asked to leave a message no one calls back. I have called the office on different occasions and left maybe 4 messages never has anyone called back. I would have to go into the office. So today I go in to let them know I would not be renewing my lease. So I say to Angela you all never answer your phone or return messages that are left. She quickly became defensive and without being direct called me a liar. She

I had my doubts about this place not going to lie and to be honest I wasn’t even planning on renewing my lease. I’ve been here for a year now and on the outside looking In the community looked amazing but actually living here wasn’t my best experience BUT!!! I do believe everything happens for a reason as my lease was coming to an end they hired new amazing staff in the office and management, every since then things have been like a breathe of fresh air leading me to renew my lease. Via Lugano is definitely in good hands now and I’m loving every minute of it,this community is definitely

My apartment is beautiful. The new manager Josette Seide is really good and professional. She made sure my maintainance request was handled quickly after waiting for more than 2 months with previous management. she was very helpful too at the office and took her time to explain something to me.The maintainance guy that fixed my issue was amazing making sure he put my Amazon packages in my apartment and not leaving them out there.

Had a very bad experience, went with my family to find out if they have any 3/2 apartments available. Online showed they had an apartment available. When we got to the clubhouse to get more information, we explained to her that we are interested in the 3/2 apartment. Her response “how did we get into the community” and she wasn’t polite about it. She didn’t introduce herself but I scanned her name badge “Donna”. She made us feel uncomfortable. She immediately told us they dont have any 3/2 apartments available. Paula was a God sent. She went above and beyond her duties. She Made me feel welcome and at home upon first interaction. She was warmed, friendly, and easy going. Do not move here! I repeat do not move here. It’s considered a luxury apartment complex but they never call you back or fix anything. I requested a carpet cleaning four months ago still waiting. All the women there are rude and talk over you. Last request I put in was for my upstairs neighbor AC leaking into my apartment. This was 2 to 3 weeks ago and they still have done nothing. I called again today and walked into the office and so resolve. I asked for corporate number and was given a totally different number. Still waiting on correct number. Meanwhile I have to clean water off my floors several

I lived in Via Lugano for a year. I understand that no apartment will ever be perfect but the staff have been so responsive to each of my concerns in a timely and reasonable manner. Sonia, Kashmyhr and the rest of the staff are amazing. The place has a great gym, sauna, pool and walking trail. The place is absolutely safe even after hours. There is a good walking trail as well. I will definitely recommend this place who are looking to rent. Thank you Via Lugano!
