Worst living experience I've ever had. Huge water bugs inside the apartment on numerous occasions. Flies, bees, and wasps got inside of the apartment when nothing was open. Floors were sunken in all of the rooms. Cords that were not three prongs would not stay in the electrical outlets. Thin walls and floors. I could hear the folks above me and beside me. I could also hear folks up and down the outside stairwell also. The bathtub wasn't leveled. Be leery of all of the positive reviews here. 19 days after moving in I was offered a gift card to leave a "glowing" review. These apartments are far from

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had living out of state and on my own. I moved to the area not long ago to be with my husband who is stationed out here. I was out of state during my whole moving process and they communicated and accommodated the best they could.I work as a leasing consultant elsewhere so when I say this complex is EVERYTHING, I mean it!! Maintenance gets the job done, the property’s grounds look amazing always, the layout and amenities is worth the price. Safe neighborhood with walking distance to great shopping centers. The office has an amazing level of professionalism

This is a wonderful community with great management. I lived her for almost five years and it was a wonderful experience. Whenever something needs to be done or fixed, they were quick on the task. The neighbors were good and its in a great location to everything you need. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I have lived here over a year and have had no issues. The office staff is always very helpful and kind. Maintenance, in particular, is outstanding! They always fix things promptly and with no issues. For example, Tony fixed the light outside of my apartment within 10 minutes of me mentioning it to him, even though it was after 4pm. Highly recommend moving here!

The maintenance team is great! Jeffrey fixed multiple issues in my apartment after only putting a work order in for one issue. He was very respectful and professional, fixed all of my issues, and made great conversation while doing it. I had had issues in the past with maintenance but my mind is totally changed!

If I could give 0 star, I would. The apartment is very worn out and old and it is not worth living there with the price they are charging. They don't properly clean the apartment (especially the carpet) before you move in. The first day I moved in the place is dirty especially the carpet, I had severe allergic reactions all over my body and my allergy got worse every day until I had to clean the carpet myself. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this apartment because this is the dirtiest apartment that I have ever lived in it and they ripped you out by charging a lot fees for cleaning and damaged
