Love these apartments! Very bright and open - I have a one bedroom with east facing windows and I love how much natural light I get throughout the day. The management has been super friendly and helpful since day once. I've had a couple of maintenance requests and they've always come right away to help get things taken care of. I see other people posting about parking issues but I've never struggled to find a spot. They're pet friendly as well which has been great. Location is great as well. I moved in during the pandemic so all I've really experienced in the clubhouse is the gym. It's a pretty

As a graduate student, Ironwood Court is a solid choice. Its far enough away from campus to feel like you are not in a college town, and close enough to campus where it doesn't feel like a mission to get to school. The buildings themselves are older, however, anytime I needed help with maintenance, they would come by either same day or the day after. I moved in 3 years ago and don't plan to leave until I finish my program this year. :)

When I first emailed to ask for availability for move-in date on July 31st, I was told there was a promotion for first month free. I then changed my move-in date to Aug.12., and I was not informed that the promotion does not work for move-in date after Aug. 7. Instead, I received an email saying that my move-in date was noted on file. I also asked if I needed a promotion code for my application and that question was not answered. A few weeks before move-in, I called and asked whether the promotion apply from mid. Aug. to mid. Sept or just Aug and I was told the promotion only worked for August

We've lived at Park West Gardens for about 4 months now and really love it! The staff is very friendly and keeps the residents up to date on what's happening at the apartments. We needed the maintenance crew to come out once when we first moved in and they got the issues taken care of within just a couple days. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We recently went out of town for the week of Christmas. I had put our mail on hold through USPS, but I guess that didn't count for packages. We came home to about 8 boxes on our door step full of Christmas presents. It was apparent they had been sitting

When I moved into Park West (Ironwood) the staff was friendly and accommodating. I have cultivated an understanding with the staff About a year ago the management changed. The new management knew none of the prior agreements and had no interest in acting in a rational or customer-service manner.
I had broken tiles in the kitchen and dining room that they refused to fix. There were roof leaks that they covered up with paint and damaged my property in doing so. They never accepted responsibility preferring to blame it on the prior management saying those maintenance people didn't work there
