Lived there for years and it was great until my last renewal, several maintenance issues, management is awful, specifically Mia who always had a different story each time. WARNING when you move out they expect it to be ready for the next unfortunate family who is moving in, they try to rip you off, be ready to argue when moving to this property.

Been living in this community for going on two years now. Let me just say, Mia and Melanie have always been accommodating, professional, and polite since day one. In my experience, the staff has always been timely with their responses also. Even the maintenance personnel are kind and professional. Their communication with residents are top notch. You don't get handwritten letters, instead very informative newsletters on a routine basis. In addition, the grounds and buildings are always in pristine condition. If you haven't noticed, I'd definitely recommend Lakeside at Town Center!

For our first apartment, I don’t think we could’ve chosen any place better in the area. The price point w/ the location was a steal. Maintenance has never failed, never any major problems, plus they are very nice. We’ll soon be leaving as the apartments rates have gone up exponentially to match the surrounding area which saddens me greatly especially if you know the cost of living around here. But for those who can afford the new price point, I definitely recommend the apartments.

To the prospective future residents of Lakeside at Town Center,
I have been a resident of Lakeside at Town Center for three years now. While in the process of renewing my lease I was originally offered a particular rate that I found acceptable but when it came time to formally re-sign, they had increased the rate by a substantial amount (10+%).
A yearly price increase to account for general inflation is understandable but this is blatant price gouging especially considering the exponential degradation of our community in the past years. To say that the price increase does not accurately reflect

I lived in 4 apartments around Atlanta and this one is my favorite. You basically live inside a park. The room is spacious and maintenance response is fast. The leasing managers are friendly even when you are moving away. All kinds of shops and malls are within 10 miles of drive. The environment is mostly quiet but avoid the room directly facing Williams Dr due to random super loud car racing across. In summary, a great and affordable family apartment.

I have to say this neighborhood is wonderful. Mia has been phenomenal! From day one she catered to my apartment needs. It's nice to know that this company actually care about their residents. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. My favorite amenities are the valet trash, lake view and fast response to maintenance request. The apartment is spacious and modern. Thank you Mia for answering all of my questions and always being available to help.
