I really love living here. The apartments are beautiful inside & spacious. The lighting inside is impeccable and energy saving. Beautiful sealed granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms! The kitchens are huge! The staff are amazing, Jessie made the whole moving in process for me and my husband easy, just a great guy! And The few conversations I’ve had with heather have also been pleasant she’s beyond nice & warming & breaks things down to make sure you understand any confusions. The people who live here are quiet, no noise, no loitering, no drama.. my one neighbor on my floor is very friendly

Highly recommend these folks! We moved here from out of state so our entire application process was done through email and phone. We worked with Jesse and he made the process totally smooth. He was quick to respond to all our questions and emails and made us feel important and welcome. We arrived a day early after driving across the country and decided to stop by to turn in the rest of our paperwork. Again, it was organized and smooth. Afterwards Jesse spoke with Judy the property manager about getting the keys to show us our new place. (Maintenance was still finishing up a few things) She came

Beautiful apartments. All inclusive and for a decent price. The concept of the apartments was to assist single moms and I love that. I was not motivated to move it just because i did not want to have to deal with the rude woman in the office. She is a handful. Can’t remember her name but she has pink hair and had a broken foot or leg. She never followed up and never returned calls. She had a bad attitude and was the main person working....no thanks! Everyone else was very sweet. Safe community and great location.

This place is wonderful. My family and I love our apartment and the staff at the office is great. They are always so friendly and helpful. They really do care about the families that live here and I can tell that they love there jobs. I couldn’t have ask for a better place to live. I highly recommend prairie gate community to everyone! ❤️

The office staff is great! Heather is what customer service is all about! Her smile is infectious, she’s knowledge and helped me through the process. I was approved quickly, no hassle. My neighbor has been very nice.I’m falling in love with my new place daily. Thank you for making this a great community!! Ranae
