I wish I could rate this place five stars. The location is prime and the amenities were great. Been living here for the past 4 years. With our yearly renewal coming up, we were advised that our rent would be increased $625 per month - nearly a 50% increase in price! I spoke with other tenants who affirmed that renewal prices have been going for an average of a $400 increase. After speaking with the front desk and the rental company Avenue5, there was no wiggle room for negotiation.

I moved in May 2020 right during Covid. Kimberly and the staff was nothing but helpful during my move. And during my 15 month stay with Cyan, I must say that I'm sad to leave, but not by choice. When I moved in, the monthly rent was $950. Now it will be going for $1625+ which is not affordable. The Amenities are great and the area is perfect. Everything is so close. Thanks Cyan! Wish I could have stayed longer

I've been living here for nearly 3 years. I couldn't be happier with everything. My apartment is spacious, airy, well designed and I love it. It seems like there are always improvements being made around on the grounds.
They recently installed a beautiful outdoor common area outside my apartment. It includes a couple of fire pits, tables with shade umbrellas, bean-bag toss areas and a pergola covered picnic table and chairs area. And most recently, they've installed an additional barbeque. This area as well as the rest of the property always seems to be kept clean.

I’ve been living here at Cyan for a little over a year. Having moved here from out of state and not being able to walk through the property due to COVID, I chose this place merely on a short virtual walk-through and because the location was ideal for me. I’m so happy with my decision. Kimberly was fantastic with over the phone interactions prior to moving. She had everything prepared for me when I arrived and has since been helpful with any of my concerns (which have been basically none) I’ve enjoyed the quiet surroundings and all the amenities that Cyan has to offer. We lived at Cyan for over 5 years. Over the last year and a half, Kimberley and Taylor were very helpful with any issues that we had, and resolved things efficiently and timely!
The garden areas look nice and modern, a much needed improvement. It was nice to read other reviews stating they have now added security as we did experience vehicle breakins during our time at Cyan.
Locaton is great as everything is on your doorstep!

My wife and I went to the area to tour apartments and had an extremely positive experience at Cyan, especially with the guidance of Kimberly, who patiently answered all our questions and was very welcoming. The apartments are pleasant and fully equipped, in a brilliant location. A very strong contender.

This has been the best apartment complex I have lived in since I moved to Las Vegas 5 years ago. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always available when I need anything. Not to mention its in such a great area - pretty much any type of food/restaurant, grocery stores, mall, is within miles of this location. And its just close enough to be able to hop on the 215 and get to wherever else you need to go in Vegas.

I love living here, it's peaceful, neighbors are great... staff is friendly and helpful! I moved here from Virginia and spoke with Bailey throughout the entire move. I couldn't see the apartment before I moved in, because I was across the country, but she was very patient with me and the hundreds of questions I asked!
Also, the apartment is in a great location. I'm super close to everything, walking distance from Starbucks and tons of restaurants. Also close to the mall and grocery store. Great area and very affordable to live!

I have lived here 2 years now. I absolutely love living here! The grounds are kept so nicely, the maintenance are always right there when you need them. Wonderful location. I can't say enough about the manager, Lisa. From the day I moved in, she's very friendly, great personality and goes above and beyond to help with any issue needed!!! Thanks Lisa!
