Camden Village

I just signed a lease here and I can honestly say The leasing staff is extremely awesome. Rebecca and Ana are wonderful people, easy to talk too and also wonderful to work with. They let me take a tour around the property several times and I couldn't be anymore happier to have them around

I lived there for over two years and our upstairs neighbors were AWFUL. Management came and went every 6 months or so. EVERYTHING from upstairs echoed! All of our complaints never seemed to be handled with efficiency with the first set of management but the current management services got better. Rent price ≠ the apartment. Keep searching for a new place; I'm trying to save your time, money, and mental health.

I live in this community, and I like it a lot, the manager and the office are very kind and nice, I needed support and assistance in my apartment they were attentive and helped me, the staff are polite and good people, I recommend this place to anyone , the supervisor of the employees who repair the apartments was very helpful and efficient, explained and solved my pending issue with care and importance ! I really enjoy that place

The management staff are friendly and attentive to their residents needs.
The apartments are a little bit sketchy. I had my bike stolen off my second story balcony and it was chained up (they brought bolt cutters). There are large groups of men standing outside of the buildings at all times of night which can be unsettling.
As long as you keep things in doors you shouldnt have a problem.

I really love our place here. The town houses are beautiful and spacious. The office staff are all wonderful and friendly. We have had a few minor issues with our place but they where addresses and taken care of promptly. The grounds are well kept and very nice. There are a lot of nice faculties to use, pool, gym, dog washing station (seriously what place has a dog washing station ?!?) dog park and much more.
There are a few draw backs though. There doesn’t seem to be enough parking. The non car port spots are hard to come by because people often leave their cars there for weeks on end. We’ve
