The issue that occurred in my apartment was due to a backed up toilet in the upstairs tenant apartment. Can’t say the issue has fully been resolved as the maintenance person was not allowed in the home to see what caused the issue. The tenant stated what this issue was through the door. This is the second water issue I have experience due to something coming from that apartment. What I do not understand is with water leaking in an apartment from above how can the tenant denie the maintenance people to come in. The question I would like someone to answer is how long was the toilet backed up as

The ladies are in the office, i am a future resident and I was treated so kindly by the staff whom were Martha and Leanne. Also, Heather did NOT give up on a problem the computer had with completing my application and retrieving my paystubs from the website and she did not give up until she resolved the computer issue.... They went above and beyond and that was their first time meeting me! My coworker told me how nice they were but I had no idea! Can't wait to move in.

I have loved living here!! The office staff is so attentive and professional. Martha, Angie, and Heather have been wonderful in addressing any concerns. The maintenance team is awesome and very quick! I barely have the need for service requests, but when I do, they fix it within 24 hours! The walk-in closets are super generous with space and the sunroom is awesome. They are very active on social media and proactively try to engage with current residents and future prospects. Certainly luxury style living with a luxury style staff!

I moved here in Oct 2020 and I recommend this community because it’s quiet, neighbours are nice and management is very responsive and professional. I had one maintenance request a while ago and they were on it right away. It’s affordable too! Angie is the best, THANK YOU

Love the community and the people. The staff keeps the community clean and make sure that everything is fixed at a reasonable time. If I have any issues the women in the leaseing office is understanding and provided help if needed. This year has been tough and while most place don’t care about there residents the people here do
