I just moved in, and is typical, I had a few maintenance items that I needed addressed. First, the front office was incredibly responsive and arranged to have the minor issues addressed. Within a few hours Gilbert, from maintenance, arrived. He was friendly and efficient in fixing the few items I needed resolved.
Moving into an apartment is a hassle. However, having a maintenance team that gets things done quickly makes a world of difference. Thank you, Gilbert.

These are great apartments in a great area. The thoroughness of how everything is laid out is very forward. The office staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and they maintain the property beautifully. Upon moving in, you'll notice that the apartments are absolutely pristine without any need for additional cleaning. The overall look and feel of the apartment is, in my opinion, of truly superior quality.

We signed our lease the day before the switch from Abaca to Windsor and were nervous at first. But we have lived here 10 months now and love living here. The Windsor staff have been very nice and helpful, in person; and respond within a day or two to email requests. The leasing company has also been responsive to requests from the residents: additional Luxor lockers (for packages) were added and an additional trolley cart was added (which is great after trips to the grocery story or plant nursery). We noticed the east side of the building has some additional patio areas but we only visit this side
