Eagle Creek

Eagle Creek was my home for many years and has a special place in my heart! The team there is incredible, nice, and work very hard with a lot moving pieces that come with running a community. They have huge hearts 💕 Thank you Laura, Shelby & Robert! You all are AMAZING!

I’ve lived here for about seven months now, and it is by far the best apartment complex that I have lived in! The apartments are adorable, I love the office staff, and maintenance is always so fast to solve any issues. The community is very quiet except for the occasional fire truck, and I love the location.

It has been a very good experience living at Eagle Creek. The place was pretty quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I am an Eagle Creek resident and my A/C recently needed replaced. Eagle Creek did a great job communicating with me about this and Shelby in Maintenance did an outstanding job replacing the unit- awesome communication and the A/C has been working perfectly since, no problems. Thank you Shelby for your positivity and hard work, I appreciate you and the rest of the Eagle Creek staff!

I have lived in the 1 bdrm & 2 bdrm. They are fairly nice apartments, clean, and quiet most of the time. Pros: clean pool, the few maintenance problems we've had they were quick to come fix, fireplace, nice living in a small complex. Cons: not enough parking, no ceiling fans in any rooms, bdrms and living room have no over head lighting, can hear noise from highway, fees for everything (processing fee, trash fee, bug spray fee) price of rent changes every time your contract expires for "market value". Overall its a nice place to live, but always room for improvement.

It's been almost a year since I left eagle Creek and I miss it very much. Such beautiful and comfortable apartments. The fireplace is a nice touch. Extremely quiet! Leah is a great manager and works hard to be fair to everyone. Shelby and Robert were always quick and proficient with my maintenance needs. Out of all the places I lived in Kansas, eagle Creek was definitely the best! If I move back to Kansas I will definitely be renting there again.

When I was looking for an apartment my circumstances were that I needed a one-bedroom ground-level apartment with little or no steps for entry, as I was about to have a hip replacement and needed to move pre-surgery. Eagle Creek had the perfect apartment for me. It was right across from the office, laundry room and mailboxes and trash was very close. It was perfect!! I would go back there in a heartbeat!! Rent was very reasonable. Even though the apartment was 676 square feet it was very spacious and very livable. I loved it!! Annabelle and the Leasing agents are awesome!! The maintenance crew

Absolutely loved this place! Any maintenance i needed in my apartment was always fixed in a timely manner and it’s a very quiet place to live as well. Also, i Really enjoyed how pleasant management always was and Carolina, in the leasing office, is extremely sweet. Highly recommend!
