I've lived here for four months and really enjoy it! I really appreciate the layout and look of my apartment, and the common spaces are beautiful. Additionally, the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond. I've been experiencing some allergy symptoms in my bedroom and closet, and they did what they could to help resolve them. (Still unresolved, but I hope I do soon so I can stay!) It's great being downtown and close to the park.

I am a new resident at Liberty Warehouse, and Jacob and the leasing office staff have made the process so enjoyable! From the initial tour and application to move-in, they promptly answered all of my questions and communicated very well from start to finish. The building and amenities are great and the location is even better! I highly recommend checking out this amazing apartment community if you are interested in downtown Durham!

I’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s been a great location to be! The obvious factors of it being close to everything in downtown Durham and its aesthetic are positives, but the staff have really tried to make living here a positive experience despite the pandemic. Prior to, we had a ton of well planned resident events, but given social distancing they started getting creative from delivering brunch to paint nights and wine tastings which was much appreciated. The maintenance crew, Robbie and Marcell, are really prompt and so helpful (they’ve definitely taught me a thing or two

We've had a great experience with Liberty Warehouse the past few years of living here! The staff and community are friendly and helpful and the amenities and events are always great. The location is perfectly close to all the action and within walking distance of so many place. Liberty is a wonderful place to live!

My husband and I moved to downtown Durham this year and were excited to be a part of the downtown community. Could not recommend this apartment more for the location! It's walking distance from coffee shops, parks, good restaurants, and right next to the farmer's market. Durham Food Hall opened up on the first floor a few months ago and is amazing. We love our porch view and apartment layout.

Liberty Warehouse is great! I made the move to Durham from San Francisco in October, and Tara and Jacob made the whole process so easy. The apartments updated with the latest tech (Google Fiber & Nest) and the staff works really hard build a sense of community. They are super helpful and responsive. I'm glad I chose to live here!

DO NOT move into this building. The management and noise levels are terrible. They do not tell you any of this when touring but there are several noisy bars near this building, and the windows/walls do not seem to be constructed the same way as they are in high rise buildings in larger cities. The noise at night (until 2 AM on the weekends) is out… of control, and the management is not proactive in suggesting solutions that minimize inconvenience to the tenants (I.e. you can move and pay thousands to break your lease).
