It was decent while we stayed there although I was consistently having to address the complex rules that were being ignored, smoking was the most often. When Covid came there were rules for the pool that weren’t followed and then we were harassed and the office manager even asked my 13 year old if she was my child, mind you she shouldn’t address a child anyways but rather the adult and my daughter looks exactly like me as does my son. The nail in coffin is the $800+ dollar collect that just appeared on my credit report when they made 0 effort to be available for the walk through and I’m sure

I am a newcoming resident at the Villas. I was very impressed with the place and the staff. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Sherri is the bomb! She has been amazing in helping us move into the apartment and I couldn’t have asked for better. I am looking forward to see what the Villas have to offer!

I was looking for a apartment in Chattanooga Tennessee Relocating from Clinton Iowa starting a new job position I called several apartments in Chattanooga Tennessee but when I called the Villas at Oak Crest Apartments a lady by the name Mrs Sheri Answer the phone she was so kind and nice and very helpful real professional at her job I just said To myself this is the place I want to stay here at the Villas at Oak Crest Apartment Mrs Sheri Warm hospitality To me And explaining all the details About the apartments Made me chose to stay at the Villas at Oak Apartment Mrs Sheri was so great at her job

My wife and I just moved in and have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff at the leasing office. We were delighted to receive a welcome home gift from the staff that made the whole experience just a cut above all other experiences we’ve had with other leasing agencies. Sheri and Jessica were extremely professional and kind when dealing with the entire process from application to move-in.

I want to thank God for allowing me to find this place to live. Its a very clean, peaceful place. The leasing office work are great. When I moved in one of my stove burner wasn't working and the microwave vent fell and broke. When I requested they please fix it. They did the same day I moved in and I was amazed at how fast the workers get done. This place is amazing to live at. Thank you .

The apartments are really nice and very well taken care of! The staff and management are so helpful and nice. Any issues we had with the apartment (which there was only one for me), they made sure to take care of right away! Neighbors are nice and very respectful of those around them. Thanks Sheri for a wonderful place to live!
