When it comes to maintenance Matthew is not the best Not only did he answer my apartment without the proper uniform but he came in without any proper tools to fix the problem that I had I had an emergency pipe problem that caused water damage to my drywalls and had a rain effect type on my ceiling and when Matthew came to fix it not only was he not in uniform but he kept saying that there was not a problem and if there was it was the children upstairs playing at a bathtub which I like to stay there are no children living above me only more ASU students or college students in general but instead

Still one of the few left that are affordable, in case you can find someone to lease transfer locking in old price, it's even better.. Gotten very expensive these days and so is every place else.. The apartments are old school and spacious, and one of the places that actually closes gates and utilise codes to unlock.. Most of the places I saw keep gates open even though they have a security system in place.. The best part about this place is, the last time Ichecked they do not impose any breed restrictions on dogs.. Obviously this will be a friendly place for people with big dogs..

My partner and I have lived here for a year now and our experience has been pretty positive overall. It's clear that the maintenance team is the backbone of this place. Recently our washer broke and needed to be replaced. At the end of a very hot August day, Donnie took it upon himself to bring the new unit up the stairs to our third floor apartment, install it on the balcony, and then take the busted unit back down the stairs. All of this could've been done the following morning when the weather was cooler, but he insisted on getting us our new unit as soon as he could. He really cares for the

Been living here for over a year and it’s a great place to live! The maintenance staff are amazing and are always timely with requests. The pool is my favorite part of the property. It’s always clean and has plenty of covered tables and chairs, as well as a grill. There is also an area where there is computers and printers. This area has been closed due to COVID but the office staff have been super awesome in printing documents for me.
The only issue and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the overall mail situation. As a resident, you do have a mail box, but I’ve had packages

Been moved in for a week now and overall it’s really solid. Some minor maintenance and electrical issues but they’re very helpful and prompt to sort things out and get them fixed, especially Donny from maintenance! He is very warm, kind and dedicated to making us feel at home here and does great maintenance work! The front desk staff are also very kind and super helpful! Highly recommend!

I sublet here for 6ish months and honestly my experience was fantastic. No bug problems, no maintenance issues, move-out was easy and fair. The only thing is that they won't budge on the 60-day move-out notice, so BE SURE TO DO THAT ON TIME. The AC worked really well, the dishwasher worked, I loved that the laundry was outside and didn't take up any interior space. The rent was great. I can't recommend this place enough.
