Place is amazing!! I’ve lived in multiple apartments and this is by far my favorite place!! Everyone is super respectful, the maintenance will show up day of if you have a problem and they know you by name!! Even tho this place has so many amenities to offer as in 2 pool, dog salon & park. 3 parks , volleyball court(with real sand!) and etc. I truly love the staff! They are here for you, and will never leave you hanging! They will always work with you !!

We had an awesome experience will touring your property. Angie took us our tour, she was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable on in questions we had about the apartment, property, and the surrounding area. I would highly suggest this place and Angie. I really liked living here and its positioning is great. It is really good for kids too because it has its own park and if you arent satisfied with that, there is a town park like 10 meters away from the gate. The apartment is very big and the staff are really nice. The only problem I see is that the balcony storage room is really small but over all this place is the best. Not to mention there is a school 2 blocks away and a hospital 1 block away and most working areas are a short distance away.

Windhaven Park Apartments is a great community! Moving in was a very smooth and painless process. Kevin is the best! He is extremely helpful and kind. Him as well as Chance were kind enough to help me transport a really heavy couch into my apartment. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that your experience is top notch. I 100% recommend choosing Windhaven Park Apartments and will be living here for a long time!

I have been living at the Windhaven Park for close to five years now and I love it!! Kevin has been phenomenal and very dedicated to all the residents.
We recently posted a request for an upgrade to move to another unit. Kevin went way above and beyond to help in finding the perfect unit based on our preference. This type of dedication is hard to find and it shows the type of person he is. If you are looking for an apartment come and see Kevin!!
And the maintenance staffs are kind, quick, and competent. Great place to live!!

Kevin S. at Windhaven Park Apartments was amazing! He answered all of my questions and listened very carefully to what I was looking for. He suggested the more quieter buildings towards the rear of the complex. Very quiet complex, the absolute best deal in the area for square footage with full size washer/dryer. Ask for Kevin he is amazing and a great asset for the complex!

Make it a point to ask of Kevin and Chance if you are interested in getting an apartment at Windhaven, those guys made the entire process a piece of cake! They have answers to all your questions and they offer good advice on how best to settle down quickly at Windhaven, great guys I can’t talk highly enough of them! We have recently moved here to Windhaven apartments and we really love it. Kevin was extremely helpful and was very diligent about our questions throughout the entire process.
The location is very nice and safe, we also like that there are multiple shopping options nearby.
I would encourage anyone to move here, you will like it as well! Ask for Kevin, he'll help you out like he did us!
