Toured the community last week. We were greeted by the manager Sasha who welcomed us to the community. Coi and Alvaro greeted us and took our information. We toured with Alvaro. The amenities were really clean and well decorated. The community was very quite and the apartments were very spacious. They had a variety of floor plans. Great customer service!

My friends and I came in for a tour Wednesday 1/26.
We had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff when walking into the office and let me tell you!! They are all so nice and welcoming. Alvaro is so sweet, he gave us a tour of the property and showed various floor plans ( all of which are spacious and well cared for). We really hope to move into this property when my current lease expires. Super excited to use that GYM!

I love cantera , the property is always well kept with a great staff of maintenance, great amenities , & the office staff is always so warm & welcoming.
Coy & Hannin are amazing. Always happy & helpful & quick with insight & resources for any questions or concerns . You'd be lucky to be here . If your looking to move anywhere soon choose cantera .

From the day that we were first contact, Hannin has been such a sweetheart and so welcoming. And now that we live here, the place is so clean and I am even happier and feel more blessed we found this place because maintenance is ON POINT. Every time we make a request, we get a response quickly and one of the maintenance men on the same or next day. I want to thank Hannin got always being awesome, and Koi for also being so sweet. They’re like a perfect balance as the office persons. And to all the maintenance staff—THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING QUICK TO OUR NEED. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. WE HERE

Been living here since 2019. I really like my apartment. It’s a one bed/one bath and it’s super spacious and has a lovely view of the pool and trees and sky. Generally quiet and close to so many places to eat. Also wanna give kudos to Coy who always remembers my name somehow, lol. She’s always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

New here from ca. looking for an apartment to rent called Cantera and was greeted by Hannin made an appointment for a tour from the time on the phone to our arrival she was professional and so helpful no available apartments at her location but took her time to find something available nearby & even followed up with me the next day. So refreshing to be treated above and beyond what she had to do! Have not had the same experience at most places After viewing a sister apartment even my 11 yr old daughter mentioned how nice Hannin was compared

I love living here! I moved from out of state so I came into this blindly. Coy and Hannin are so patient, understanding, helpful and kind! I was nervous but when I finally arrived my apartment was honestly better than I expected! The apartments are beautiful! I never have any issues. The staff genuinely cares about the tenets here! The grounds and facilities are always clean and well maintained. I feel safe and at home here. In fact, I’m renewing my lease soon! ;)

So this weekend, I visited Las Vegas…surprisingly not to party on the strip…but to check out apartments as I am moving from California! I probably checked out over 15-20 apartments in a course of a day and half…honestly…there were some LUXURIOUS APARTMENTS I saw in Summerlin, Henderson and Enterprise area. But I think what sold me with Canterra is the great experience I had with Hannin. It was around 4 maybe almost 5 in the afternoon and she’s finishing up work, but she still provided excellent service by showing me the EL DORADO unit. She was very nice and insightful. The hospitality and amenities here are so wonderful. I have lived here for 8 months now. My apartment is beautiful, and it was clean when I moved in. Front office management are FAST to respond to emails, and go above and beyond. Coy and Hannin make you feel like family.
I moved here from out of state and Coy replied to so many of my emails with follow up questions, and even walked to my building to send me photos of windows (I couldn't remember if a certain wall had windows!)
Hannin helped me move in and made sure I was completely settled and didn't need anything. She's fast to coordinate maintenance

Unfortunately, I am not able to stay at the Cantera but the interaction I have had with staff has been amazing. We came in looking for an apartment but with our moving constraints and the high volume of interest in these apartments, nothing would work for us. However, Coy went above and beyond to find us another complex with their management group network and had an application in that day!
The Picerne group has been nothing but courteous and I wish I could have gotten an apartment here with their nice floor plans and great upgrades, but the service was just the best and saved us settling for

I’m going to start with the cons. (See below for a similar review)
Attached is a photo of a stain on our carpet after we moved out. Who knows what caused that stain, it literally could have been anything. However that one stain cost us $1,200 after move out. They state that one stain means the entire carpet in the ENTIRE apartment has to be replaced. Be cautious living here as they will take advantage of you as much as they can for fees.
A lot of people here don’t clean up after their pets and grounds crew also doesn’t clean it up it just sits there for days.
The pools will randomly close

We love how well priced it is for all the space you get and the lovely amenities (hardwood floors, cherry cabinets, high ceilings, track lightings, indoor staircases, etc). These apartments are worth every penny!
The staff is amazing, the property is always clean and quiet, maintenance is fast and efficient, PLUS it's easy to pay rent online! Thanks to Coy, I had the easiest move in process ever, she's amazing! Jepherson is always positive and welcoming in the office! They really excel in making you feel at home!
It's unfortunate for those who have had bad experiences, but mine have been great so far!
The only downside is parking at night sucks, always end up walking far. Otherwise, it would've been 5 stars. Wish it were assigned parking

I'm very happy with everything I've experienced so far, having moved in just a few weeks ago. Coy is a fantastic manager, always keeping her word to a "T", and making sure I am totally comfortable and satisfied. She is not doing a job, she's on a mission to be the best manager for everyone--and is succeeding!
I'm scratching my head when I see the overall rating of this complex, but some of those ratings must be older ones. I have respectful neighbors, great facilities to use, everything I want, except maybe a couple of dancing showgirls--but don't tell

Really recommend this place! Feels safe and we love the newness and cleanliness of not only our apartment, but the grounds as well. Coy, Stephanie, and Jefferson in the office are always so pleasant and always handle everything with a smile. When we need anything checked out, the maintenance guys are always here within the day, and they're so efficient! One of the really cool things about this place as well are the special events and treats they give us as appreciation. We just had an awesome pool party! We had a DJ and the food was catered and delicious! Fun place!

So me, my best friend, & grandma were in desperate need of an apartment but luckily for us we were so fortunate to find Cantera Apartments. The location, the size, the amenities, and the cost is everything we were looking for. The staff is amazing they helped us with everything we needed. Especially Koi & Jefferson. By answering all of our questions to keeping a positive atmosphere, they reassured us and made us feel like were home. We knew we found the right apartments. The location is so convenient to our daily commutes and jobs, the community is quiet, & the apartments are beautiful

So I been here for about 5 months now and from the time I came in looking for an apartment, Jefferson has been there. He understood exactly what we needed. He has helped us through the process of finding our home for the next year as well as always making an effort when I needed something. He is such an amazing person so SHOUT OUT TO JEFFERSON for being awesome.
Coy and Stephanie are always a joy to talk to, they are always willing to answer my questions and always makes sure I feel welcome in the complex. couldn't ask for such a great team.

I would rather give it a negative 5 stars, only one maintenance man, Marcel, knows his job and is quick to the attention of the problem and fixing it, the manager (I use the term loosely) Felicia, doesn’t… listen to her renters speaks to them condescendingly and seriously lacks all and any customer service. She is rude and should not be in charge

I lived here for 2 years, and I can say that the staff are nice before and during your sign up process for your lease. However, I had so much trouble with them when a repair service was needed. A/C broke, and it took days to fix. Had to sleep in an over 90 degree apartment, and the temporary fix they did was to place a small ac unit through an open window, which didn't cool the apartment, but welcomed bugs in through the window. No compensation offered by the office staff, nor honored when asked.

Since I moved to Cantera my life become so much easier.This complex is super clean with nice neighbors and beautiful gym and office inside of the complex.We also have nice lounge area with comfortable chairs which I use a lot lately to talk and meet my friends.
The reason I also love to stay in the complex is the office team.They are super nice with me and convenient at all times.Whenever I have any questions or delivery I always go and check with them.They are super professional and polite.
