Amenities Report

No more than 2 pets per apartment. Cats are not required to be declawed. We welcome dogs up to 60 pounds! There is a one-time pet fee of $300 and a pet rent of $35/month. Restrictions: Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German shepherds, Great Danes, huskies, mastiffs, pit bulls, Rottweilers and Saint Bernards.

Our. Maintenance men are fantastic. They are always cheerful,friendly to the point I feel like they are family. Our entire Williamsburg experience feels that way. Everyone takes an interest in you, knows your name, and wants to make you happy. Hated to give up our house, but very happy here.

Best experience we have had. Last landlord did not follow city code and willingly put us in danger of health issues which caused a lot of stress and unnecessary issues. We were very nervous to encounter similar experiences, greatly surprised by a overwhelming positive experience. Every staff is very kind, courteous, and respectful. They went above and beyond any expectations we had. My kids and I couldn’t be more grateful to call this home.

Williamsburg Park has been the best place I’ve rented from. Their maintenance team is amazing . Always very prompt. Very accommodating. Angie has been amazing and so helpful with all my questions and so quick at responding to emails! Great place to live . We love the neighborhood and location 😀

I really appreciate that you placed a door stop at both entrances. And the wide hallways, staircases, and doors were perfect. The high ceilings helped get my king sized mattress in like magic. And we were able to pull our 20' Uhaul truck right out front with enough space for the ramp and move right in. You've made my move in experience outstanding. Thank you.

We toured the 3 bedroom apartment and the yellow accent wall hooked us! Going to sign the lease soon! And definitely going to paint our wall yellow! It just gives the room such a pop!!
