The office staff and manager are very responsive. A renter would not have to wait for a long time to receive a response to a maintenance request, email, or call. The entrance and exit gates to the complex sometimes need repairs, which cause them to not always work properly. The third-party provider of washers and dryers need to provide better equipment for the complex. And, the machines only accept quarters, so that can be a major inconvenience. Overall, this place is good start in renting your first townhome.

I recently moved in this lovely complex. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions and made the application and move in process very easy. At first I was not sure about moving here but she eazed all my concerns and I am looking forward to meeting all my new neighbors. My apartment is very spacious and the location is perfect. I am glad to be in my new home.

I have lived here for over a year and I can honestly say nothing but positive things! I live alone but feel very safe in a quiet little space I like to call my hidden gem. Water being included is wonderful, the pool is great, and we are about to get our very own park! Ms Keisha Johnson is not only very personable but found a way for me to save money with renters insurance without me even asking. There is a bridge in the front that at first intimidating, now seems quaint and reminds me of the Baton Rouge Zoo. Also, biggest closet I have ever had, and I LOVE clothes. 10 out of 10!
