Experience the sensation of private dining and treat your special guests to an unforgettable meal for your next business meeting, family celebration, wedding, or social event. In the early 1950's, nestled in between the eucalyptus trees and rich farmlands of what is now Fremont, there came to be a friendly little place where local farmers and their families could meet and share their stories.

They told about their families coming from the East and crossing the vast plains and towering Rocky Mountains. They shared lessons they had learned about growing abundant crops of corn and grain for which the area was known. Over the years, this unique hideaway became known for its splendid food and even an occasional drop or two of cider.

Food is not very good. Chicken Marsala had no flavor, chicken was NOT tender and mashed potato couldn't have been real mashed potatoes, tasted like boxed. The bright side was the side salad (bleu cheese), that was the best part of the meal. Likely not to return. Service was better.

Customer service was outstanding. The filet mignon was excellent, cooked to perfection, great quality meat that they let speak for itself by not overdoing the seasoning. Way better than I expected.

Let me start by saying that the restaurant was dead. The bar top seating was only half full, and there were employees walking around everywhere. My fiancé and I sat in the bar area for 20 minutes without being acknowledged at all. We had planned to get a drink in the bar then ask for a table for dining, but we didn’t even get that far. My fiancé went up to the bar top twice to try to order us drinks, both times he was completely ignored. He even tried to get the attention of a waitress who was passing through the bar, but that was also ignored. The employees seemed much more interested in talking

1. Good food. Their steak sandwich for lunch is good.
2. Wait staff that is well trained
3. One of the few non-chain restaurants in Fremont
4. Good well-stocked bar (these are becoming not too common)

Nice place and a standard steak house with the typical selection of meat, fish and sides. Not too creative but solid menu again with the standard items one expects at an upscale priced steak house.
Two stars due to the lack of service. Slow, inattentive and not upscalish.

What a fun time dancing romancing and being in the moment. The band was great and even played a slow song. Dance under the lights, food and beverages were top shelf. Great time and Saki greeted us as we arrived

Fun place with pretty good live band music and dancing floor. You have the option of indoor or outdoor seating. We sat outside for the live music. They have plenty of heaters to keep you warm. Our waiter and his helper were super attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious except the chicken piccata which was a little dry and we didn’t care for the sauce. Scallops were to die for. Absolutely made to perfection. Fresh, soft, moist, and tasty. I really enjoyed them. Super busy because of Friday night music and yet our waiter was able to handle everything nicely. We didn’t order mixed cocktails

My party of 2 arrived there at about 8pm, knowing they are open until 11pm. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient.
We have been trying to go here since 2012, after it aired on "Kitchen Nightmare". It was my birthday so we finally had the time and occasion to go.
We entered and without a reservation, we were seated right of way.
The ambiance was nice. The lighting was subtle and there was music of the 70's playing softly in the background.
We both ordered the prime rib, medium well and expected it to be brought out to us by cart and served table side, but it was not. When
