My boyfriend and I moved into The Abbey earlier this year after a cross country move. We were admittedly tired and so eager to have a home again. The Abbey has been absolutely wonderful. Cyndi and Cheo have done so much for us to make us feel welcome. We honestly couldn't be happier and are so grateful for everything that the staff does on a regular basis to make this such a fun place to live. ;) Thank you!

Hesitant to rent sight-unseen, Cyndi and the staff and The Abbey went above and beyond to assist in the leasing and move-in process. Moving 700 miles is stressful and we couldn’t be more thankful we chose this place to call home. From taking our (large) furniture into our apartment before we arrived, to the warm-welcome care package, it’s quite obvious they take pride in caring for residents. The grounds and amenities are incredible and our floor plan (2C) is perfect - tons of open space and a beautiful balcony view. Having Google Fiber when both of us are working from home is an added bonus

We moved in a few days ago and couldn't be happier with our apartment and the first class help we received from all the Abbey staff. Cindy and Baker in particular were both amazing, making us feel welcome from the first phone call. We booked sight unseen from across the country and took a leap of faith the apartment would be as good as the pictures. One of the things we appreciate most is how quiet it is. At night, you can hear all the fountains and there is very little neighbor noise that comes through the walls.

Stayed at Abbey almost 3 yrs since it was built, had nice experience in the first year and half-----
(1) They used to do weekly vacuum and spray cleaning which stopped-- cleanliness became a big issue. Main staircase frequently used by the dog owners is always filthy and ignored
(2) They started raising the rent over 1500/mo at a location way above the market rate. Moved to uptown luxury high-rise paying about the same rent
(3) They started posting double fees for few months until I caught, reached out to Assistant Manager Cindy who never resolved it until I contacted the Prop Manager.

The apartment was great I stayed for 2 years until the new manager Scott came in. Absolute worst manager I've even spoken with. My toilet and disposal would not work and I put in multiple request to get them fixed. After a week I went down and Scott told me "your a man just fix it yourself" I can fix most things but these needed a replacement or new parts. Also we pay for maintenance and I shouldn't have to handle that. Plus all the appliances that at "stainless steel" are rusting. Nice place but everything breaks, before Scott was there the maintenance was better

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Looks nice but is cheap and way too $$$ for what you get. Not even in a nice location. Had a 5 pm showing and no one showed up to show us the property. My bf flew in from another country to see this place and we waited an hour...the worst part though??? Still no one showed up when they confirmed our appointment. So we didn't even get to see the specific unitX No one helped us get another appointment the following day and they couldn't squeeze us in. They couldn't even direct us to a manager. And they didn't even sincerely apologize. Extremely frustrated

I've lived here for 5 months and absolutely love it. It's close to everything, extremely clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The maintenance crew makes sure to respond to everything in a prompt manner as well. The property manager has a smile like Carrie Underwood and is the nicest ever. I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived at the Abbey for almost a year. The experience from Day 1 has been nothing short of terrific. The "selling point" of the apartment for me was the excellent service that I was provided here. The leasing agent who I worked with, Jenna, has been the best "follow up" experience that I've encountered in an apartment complex. Any issue that ever came up was addressed immediately and professionally.

The Abbey is a beautiful, new complex with a great staff, location and amenities. I relocated from Upstate New York where I lived in a large private home in the suburbs with my teenage son and a dog. So I had concerns about moving into an apartment. Jenna worked with me to be sure I found the one that was the right fit for my family. She gave a tour to one of my local friends and then went above and beyond by video chatting with me again as she walked through specific apartments when I had questions. The Abbey is such a beautiful and nice place to live. The apartments offer high end appliances and amenities in such a nice neighborhood. The apartment complexes are very clean and well-kept along with the pool and amenities. The ladies who work in the leasing office do a great job keeping you in the loop about fun events happening around town and planning events at the Abbey separately. Jenna Broom is one of the leasing professional I have had the pleasure to work with. She is absolutely awesome! I highly recommend asking for her upon arrival of a tour or call on the phone.
