We lived here for 2.5 years. Never had any issues with appliances I think we had one maintenance order the whole time for something small, other than that the quality of apartment was great. You can hear neighbors even if you’re on the second floor but it’s an apartment so that’s to be expected. It can be hard to reach the office by phone or in person so typically we emailed and got quick responses that way. I’d rent here again

Living at Bella Victoria was an absolute luxury for apartment living! The Managment were so friendly and professional and always helpful, and there to address any issues if needed! You can’t ask for anything more with all the amenities Bella Victoria offers! A true hidden desert oasis! I will miss being a resident!

Love it!!! It's quiet, gorgeous and the floor plans are awesome. The front office staff, Lacy and Shawnelle, are super sweet and will do whatever they can to make sure your move-in is seamless and peaceful. I love that I have an attached garage and extended driveway. I have a patio and I sit outside when it cools off with a glass of wine and chill. Enjoying everything about my new home!!! Waited to write a review about Bella Victoria Condos/Rentals. This place is very nice and the grounds are well maintained. Family oriented yet very quaint. Two gorgeous pools and a dog park that is clean and maintained nicely. The pictures online don't do this community justice. The office staff is friendly and courteous. They made my move pleasant. Would recommend this community to anyone.

My wife and I absolutely loved living here! We had the three bedroom and it was a great size and the amenities were amazing! Dog park outside the back door, a playground for the kids and pool/gym just a small walk away. The best part is it was a smoke free environment!!! We didn’t have ANY issues with other residents and the staff was on top of anything we asked! We only left because we needed more room with three kids otherwise you really have no reason for leaving this great community.

The management team (Lacy and Shawnelle) are absolute dreams to work with. Everything was as promised, and the environment was extremely clean and well maintained. If not that we were able to purchase a new home, we would have happily extended, as I could not imagine a better place to rent! Very family oriented and an extremely friendly community.

We just moved in here about 3 days ago. Usually I wait about 6 months but there’s no need here. From the first time I reached out to Lacy on inquiring living here, absolutely EVERYTHING has been extremely AMAZING! I told Lacy about the road blocks we were having on getting accepted in other places. She listened, walked me step by step how the team works and other ways they can help if we don’t get accepted. So we have really loved living here the last 3 years, however it is so damn expensive here. We ended up just buying a house cause it would be 600$ LESS than what we pay now. Pros- ladies up front are always really nice. Lacy is amazing. The apartments are really nice as well and so is the community. Cons- OMG the parking. If you have to work late you are out of luck if you want to park anywhere. Theres literally never any parking and when there is i feel like i should buy a lottery ticket for that rarety. Apartments are newer; neighbors were quiet; we were close to one of two very nice pools and grills. Appreciated the wi-fi package, garage plus parking pad. We didn't have any issues and the residents seemed very nice. Lacy and Shawnelle were excellent and very responsive--they went above and beyond to accommodate us. It didn't feel like apartment living--we loved it!

I just want to say Thank You to the staff at Bella Victoria for their great service. A few Saturday's ago, my AC suddenly stopped working. I didn't notice it until almost midnight. I called the emergency maintenance number, thinking they would be able to come out the following morning but to my pleasant surprise I received a call back within a few minutes and the tech was at my door within 20. He was able to fix the AC and I was able to sleep comfortably. Now that is great service. Great place to live and beautiful apartments!

Bella Victoria, nor MEB Management, cares about the health and well being of their tenants. The only thing they care about is the rent check.
I have had an on going issue with my front door leaking. It took three months the first time to get fixed (mid Jan 2019 - mid April 2019). It took two months the second time (11/22/2019 - 01/28/2020).
On 3/11/2020 the door started leaking again. Property manager took some action that day but I haven't heard a peep since. I wasn't offered a fan to dry the trim to prevent mold growth from happening AGAIN. I pay a lot of money to live in a "

I have absolutely loved living at Bella Victoria! I can't say enough about Lacy, Shawnelle, Gino, and Devin. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are equally as beautiful and convenient. I have had a five-star experience here! I have had really good neighbors and I believe that is strongly due to the background screening and rules of the community. We moved in here about 11/2 ago and honestly a bit disappointed. The Apartments are beautiful, but cheaply made. Maintenance is great and fast responding! You can NEVER get through to office on the phone, lacy is rude and insulting. Police are always here, a lot of shady activity & people. Management is petty and always sends out ridiculous letters about fake violations.

I love the apartment itself, they are beautiful and spacious and lots of places to store things. The amenities are great and overall a nice place to live. However this place almost never has available parking. We each get our own garage and other parking is first come first serve. It is frustrating to drive by other units who pack their garages full of junk so they can't park in there. More than half of the units I've seen are like this forcing someone like me who gets home late to park at the other end of the complex. Let's also touch on the no smoking rule, I am in full support
