I have lived at cherrywood village for a year now and have been waiting for my year mark to write an honest review. Mike the Maintenance guy came to my apt to change the batteries in my smoke alarm that was beeping all day. Mike is absolutely wonderful. Though he was at the end of his shift he still took the time to answer and review a couple of questions I had.

Although I really like my apartment, I find that it could have been cleaner when I moved in. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom had spots on them. They were not mopped. I don't think the carpet was shampooed because my white socks got real dirty real quick. The kitchen cabinets were not clean. Most everything else was pretty clean. I'm not a clean freak, but I had to clean real good after I moved in. I wasn't given the opportunity to look at the actual apartment except for a quick 2 minute run thru and then on the morning I moved in.

Didn't end up moving in here, but it took them 6 months to get our app fee back after the games they play with an out of state payer. Laurie was opening people's mail while we were doing our application (super shady), and then they made the check out to both people on our application even though it was paid for by a single debit transaction. Our experience was not a good one, I'd probably look elsewhere if you value privacy and ethical business practices.

Though not able to tour or have enough time to go over was a mistake, so here's what I observed that may or may not help you new applicants.
Pro:
parking is not too limited
Amazon hub and all year open swimming pool
Nice neighborhood near Costco Walmart
Cons:
1.appliance outdated
2.drity stains and smella persisted on walls, blinds, and other places
3.water drains slow
4. Heater works randomly and very loud clucking noise at night like someone banging wood, this is really annoying

Lived there for 6yrs. The rent as per any apartment was great, but as you stay longer rent always rises which makes no sense because the mortgage to the landlord doesn't. If anything, rates should be locked or even reduced to tenants who always make there payments on time. The apartment had nice facilities. I would have liked more soundproofing though. I could hear everything above me always.....but it was a good place to live.

Once I moved out I was still charged for carpet cleaning, even though I was advised by a worker there to dispute this charge because it was on my initial walk through form. Was told the manager would be calling me back...never happened. The collection agency states I would need the original walk through paperwork to dispute this. Which obviously I don't have. These guys are almost impossible to get a hold of...but hey if you like terrible office communication where one person doesn't know what the other is doing. Sign up to live there. You'll looooooove it. Only gave 2 starts because the maintenance

I have been living here at Cherrywood Village for almost 5 years now. I love living here due to good neighbors, the staff in the office are wonderful, friendly, funny and always helpful. Jesse Kim is my favorite! He's the best. The maintenance crew is just as great. Taviare "T" Connor is the best of them all. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your maintenance request.
Cherrywood Village is a great place to live. I highly recommend for anyone looking for new apartment to come see for yourself! 😁😁😁
