We moved from out of town, and our goal was to find a newer place that had no issues, so we could focus on settling. We got JUST that, minus a few hiccups (more on that later).
First, the property. It’s still being wrapped up, but it’s mostly complete. The area’s being developed now, but it’s still relatively quiet and peaceful. Plenty of green space for our dogs, and the buildings themselves look clean and modern. Inside, the all-white apartment can get a little dirty quickly, but overall it’s very modern and well-built for an apartment.
The staff was what really impressed me. Barb

I have lived in The Depot at Twenty Mile for six months now while finding a home to purchase. When I moved in, the carports were free and a couple months in and they started charging for them. Parking in this place is the worst, so I recommend renting a garage if you are concerned about your vehicle(s). Especially, since my car has been scratched and dinged by other tenants who don't seem to care about others property. Then, a little over a month ago my A/C compressor went out and my A/C did not work. I have a 5 year old daughter who lives with me half the time, and some days the weather was 90

My husband and I have loved living at the Depot at Twenty Mile! The staff has been very kind and attentive to us. The community is kept very clean and tidy. The amenities are excellent and in working condition. Parking is easy and convenient. The vibe is quiet and relaxed. We love being so close to Cherry Creek Trail, it makes going for walks/runs/bike rides so convenient. There are so many cool places and restaurants to check out nearby.

I have been living here for 6 months now and I can say that I really love these apartments! The 1 bedroom/studio style floorplan is a really good use of space. I have had regular maintenance (oven lock got stuck) and emergency maintenance (window fell out, which was not great but I know that new construction is not what it used to be and this is not managements fault) both requests were responded to quickly. I get emails for lost packages so there is an effort to help the community solve problems. The garage is pricier than some apts but it’s big at least and can be used for projects/storage

There is never any parking available after 6pm which makes it inconvenient to leave your place in the evening.
When I first moved in, several appliances were not working but they have offered to fix them using their service request system.
The overall apartment is nice and neighbors aren't loud. My only complaint is the parking situation.

My wife and I loved here for about a year. We moved in when they first opened and saw the property get built. This by far was the best rental we have ever had. To the point when we were buying our next place we were sad to go. We love the staff and the community. They always treated us so well and helped whenever we had any issues at all. They did have a ton of construction due to a city project so parking we pretty bad but they did offer some solutions to help on the meantime. I really wish we would have got to experience the property when it was fully done but we needed a bigger place for our

I lived here temporarily at the depot for 1 year and it was great. !! When I first moved in Amy was SOOOO helpful with my move in. The last months with all the covid they were very good about restrictions and guidelines with the community and did a really good job communicating about letting people know what was going on. My move out was super easy.

I have lived here about a month and a half and am so happy with my choice to move here! When I first came to tour the community, the gentleman in the leasing office, Richard, was extremely helpful and attentive - he still is anytime I stop by the leasing office too! I have had a lot of questions and concerns before, during and after my move and Amy and Joanna have been so great! They answers e-mails/phone calls and questions in an extremely timely manner and are always so helpful without hesitation. Moved here from FL. Never even saw the place prior to my move. Amy helped me every step of the way and made sure to provide me with all the needed information so my relocation would go smoothly. Jared provided great updates such as when the gym equipment would arrive. Amy, Jared, and the other staff member have been extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

Been living here since August. I don't know what's up with the negative reviews, but everything has been great for me. I'm the first that moved into my apartment, it's new, there were some things that needed fixed and they got fixed ASAP.
The staff of Amy, Richard, and the other folks have been nothing but awesome to me and I have no complaints. I got a Roomba for a move-in gift that's used multiple times a week. The garage door can be synced for Amazon Key to have packaged left in your garage when you're away. The gym is a nicer one for an apartment gym with new equipment. I have no complaints
