The new management is trying they’re best with what they we’re given. There was a misunderstanding between us that left me upset but like I said the management is trying their best and it will take them time to fully amend the problems tenets are having.

The office people at this property are horrible to deal with! They never answer the phone or call you back the property manager is always to busy to talk or respond to any emails that are being sent to her. The other people working in the office have no clue what they are talking about half of the time. The maintenance takes forever to get anyone to come out and fix things. The amenities are barely open including the 2 gyms and pools. One gym just got the lights fixed after being out for more than 2 months the 2nd pool never opens during the summer both hot tubs never work and the gym connected

When I first moved in the management here was terrible but lately since the new management it seems much better. I had the worst move in experience. ever. It was a nightmare so many things were wrong with the apartment and it took a lot to get them done. The new management seem to be doing a much better job than before. I hope it stays they keep it up.

This place never picks up the phone which is inconvenient given how many people rent from them. They clearly under stuff people in the office so getting a hold of anyone is a major inconvenience after you’ve signed. On top of that the maintenance people do not listen to your request to not enter your home. One guy not and I was slow getting to the door because I was sick and luckily there’s a bolt on the inside of my door. Before I got to the door I heard the Guy trying to use his key to get in my apartment despite saying not to because I didn’t answer. Then when he couldn’t get in because

I've lived here for 3 years and while I've had a mostly decent experience, the recent overhaul of the office and maintenance team has brought noticeable improvements! Maintenance has been especially improved. They are now very quick to reply to all work orders, and Levi (who has been the one coming to help) makes sure the job is done right the first time, fixing everything with efficiency and a good attitude. You can tell the front office has been putting forth an effort to create fun community events too. I know this place was struggling with management for a bit, but I would now without hesitation

I had the best experience with Meghan! I had heard some not good reviews about the property but decided to see for myself and my husband. We met with Meghan sand she answered all of our questions and out us at ease!!! Definitely recommend Sonoma resort at saddle rock, not only is it beautiful but the staff was awesome!!

I have lived at this complex for 5 years, no problems in the beginning, but constant management changes throughout the years. No communication in the past 2 years and this past year was impossible to get anyone's attention. I previously left a bad review for the new Manager, Brandy. That wasn't fair, she had to clean up the past mess, no records were kept, my lease with move out date was not even on file. Still waiting for my security deposit after 3 months, but due to previous poor accounting practices, my frustration got the best of me. It appears Brandy is doing her best. I hope Lincoln Properties

After looking at a bunch of apartments, I chose Sonoma and just recently moved in - I am beyond happy. Meghan and Brandy were very helpful along the way, which made for a seemless move. They made sure my apartment was move in ready and followed up with me after I moved...They are great to work with! Yes, the apartment and community is beautiful but I ultimately chose this apartment due to their fantastic customer service.

The management and leasing office for this property are literally god awful. They hire new people almost weekly so there’s no consistency, quality service or common sense in this office of general knowledge of absolutely anything. Good luck getting things fixed, completed, emailed or any general help….the team that’s currently there consisting of someone named Brandy and Megan are absolutely terrible to speak with. They change the “rules” for residents by the day and have horrible attitudes and generally bad customer service.

I recently moved into Sonoma resort its actually one of the nicest places I’ve ever lived! I had started looking three months before my lease was up and I kept coming back to Sonoma and speaking to the office managers and leasing consultants and finally my lease was close to expiring at my old place and they were so awesome to work with. They called me letting me know that there was a one bedroom on the third floor overlooking the golf course which was hoping for. So, they kept me in mind, what I was really wanting as far as a new place to live. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous the balcony
