When I went in to your recently, the young man (first day on the job) was awesome and showed me around. There wasn't a leasing agent on-site. I went to the website to look at availability which didn't match the info provided on site. I went back to the office and the woman there was rude and not helpful. She wouldn't provide availability information, said I could only get that from the website. She wasn't interested in getting apartments leased. Rude much? also, why are residents permitted to let their dogs use the hallways as totes? Why don't they have to pay for cleaning?

My husband and I have lived at Arbor Village for almost 2 years. Honestly we’ve loved every minute of it! We got a great rate on a gorgeous 1300+ square-foot apartment. It’s a quiet building in an excellent location. The staff goes above and beyond in every situation. David, in maintenance, responds quickly and does a great job. The property manager, Latisha, is super friendly and knowledge. We highly recommend Arbor Village!!

They look nice driving by but they obviously went on the cheap when they made it as they did not supply the residents or their guests with ample parking per unit. I live nearby and the people coming in and out of this building are constantly parking in unwanted spaces for hours on end blocking walkways and driveways or parking on peoples private property. It has become a nuisance to neighboring residents to say the least.

I've waited a few months into my lease to leave a review - I couldn't be happier with my apartment thus far. The unit was fresh, clean, and minimal issues at move in. I haven't had any maintenance necessary in my apartment, but, anytime I see any of the techs in the halls or elevator, they're always polite and say hello.

I've lived here with my husband for almost 4 years and we have loved our experience. Yes, some aspects can be expensive, but what isn't in this area anymore? We've been through a few different Leasing Managers in our years here, but have been super impressed with each one. Latisha & her crew work so hard to make a nice, fun living environment, and the maintenance crew is great! We love the location, the amenities are fantastic, and living above a taproom has been extra nice during quarantine! I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and this is hands-down the cleanest, safest, most-responsive

My husband and I had a enjoyed our 2 years at Arbor Village. The apartments are spacious, and updated with lots of perks. The staff are professional and courteous, and quick to respond to any concerns. All maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours. Easy walking distance to the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center (and future light rail!).
