I'd like to take a moment to thank Kurt Mamon and his Staff for the Excellent Service I have received since becoming a member, I particularly like to Thank Dania Saucedo how she put me at ease and understanding what my needs were and how Quickly they were taken care of. I was really impressed with how she checked back with me to to see if I was Satisfied and if there was anything else I needed. I'm looking forward to working with her on future insurance needs. I've been working with Connor M. over the phone regarding a refund (hardly top priority in this line of work) due to a clerical error with State Farm corporate. From our first interaction, Connor took my concern seriously, apologized emphatically, and assured me the matter would be handled appropriately. The reason for my review is because before I can even think to check in regarding the status of my refund, Connor is already in my inbox with updates. Follow-up is rare when there is no direct financial benefit to the business. For that, Connor deserves a 6th star! I will keep this office

I've been consistently impressed with Kurt and his staff. First they got me a great rate when I switched from my previous provider. I also was rear-ended by a drunk driver and they were super helpful in taking care of my needs to get my car repaired, cover the rental car, and communicated with me the whole time. We recently bought a house and added homeowners insurance to our policy and got a great rate for that as well. I've called many times with questions throughout the home buying process and they've always been quick to respond.
