I really like how energetic and kind the class and instructors are at Lagree. I am not super experienced with pilates but had done a couple classes elsewhere. During Lagrees class, when I didn't know how to do something or if my form was wrong, I got lots of attention (the right kind!). I felt very cared for and never judged. Great experience! It was also extremely clean the the reformers were wide and comfortable.

Love coming here for Megaformer classes! The studio is bright, clean, and parking is reasonably easy to find in the morning when I come on the weekends. The instructors are super nice and the classes will give you results. If you're looking for a low impact workout that will challenge you, you've found it!!

I freaking LOVE coming to do my pilate reformer workouts at Lagree, more-so than the popular BodyRok chains or other reformer studios I've been to in the past. Clean, very modern, and great reformer machines that are fairly well maintained (though it could be that they're still new since this studio has only been around for a year or so).
I can tell that each of the instructors have nuanced and different teaching styles and flows that they go through, they vary the emphasis for each class and truly utilize all parts of the reformer from class to class and even in the same class.

First time customer and was treated super poorly. Was 5 minutes late and told I cannot start but there was nothing in the ClassPass policy that spoke to that. There were maybe 10% of reformers occupied. Plenty of space.
The instructor, Liz Fredrick, was zero percent apologetic and VERY aggressive telling me I had to leave immediately, pointing toward the door physically before I even said anything.
Of course I did leave and did not throw a fit, but this seemed really unaccommodating and frankly rude. It had been raining and I was soaked. I realize everyone has bad days but most instructors aren

It took a few classes to get my bearings and now, I'm absolutely loving it! It seems manageable when you jump in, then you start to encounter the muscles that you didn't even know you had as you methodically slow down every move to truly feel the burn.
I overheard Liz, one of the instructors who kicks my behind every time, say that this is a very humbling machine even for the athletes. It is humbling for anyone indeed - and I'm making good progress to get the "dancer's body" back. I highly recommend it for those who want to shape up with long lean muscles while building quiet but mighty strength

One of the best Pilates studios in SF! I love the flexibility in times and their instructors are top notch! I love taking Catherine’s class and also Liz’s class. Such a quick but efficient workout that gets me sweating and sore every time. But I’m ADDICTED!

I just realized that I never finished this review. I used to live across the street from this studio and went there religiously. This is the best toning work out. It's tough but so effective. I saw results after a week! The studio is nice and the equipment is new, well-kept and always clean!
The instructors are amazing and personable. I love them all!
Now that I've moved to NYC I miss them and wish they would open a studio here!

I love this studio. Nice location and easy to find parking. Took a classpass Saturday class with Jessica and she was awesome. The studio is new and clean along with the machines. I like how small the class was for Saturday at 12:30 and I would do it again. You really feel like a great workout after your done. I would come back and bring my husband too.

The studio is nice, clean and good location with decent street parking. It's a bit larger than most, about 14 spaces, so in a full class you won't get that much personal attention.
The classes are very challenging, for someone that has been doing pilates for years I still struggle and like the intro class more.
Not many adjustments are given which could be improved.
Also, they don't spend time on stretching, so you get the 40 minute class, but I end up doing them after so time wise ends up being the same.

I'm a huge fan of lagree and this studio has easily become one of my favorites! The classes are super fun, quick, and effective. The first time I took a class, I honestly had a difficult time walking home. Expect your abs and legs to be sore for 1-2 days after. I really like Nicole's classes! She does a good job making sure you have the correct form so you can really feel the burn!
Things to know:
- Lockers and cubbies available
- There's a room divider that you can use to change
- One bathroom
- Must wear grip socks (or you can purchase there)

First time here via ClassPass! What an amazing experience - Nicole was such a wonderful instructor! She provided the newbies an orientation to the machine and was so clear in her directions during class, providing assists manually to correct our form. She made sure to get to everyone and check in regularly on the quality of our movements. She was so pleasant to speak with after class as well.

I would recommend this studio for lagree fitness classes. Their machines are newer/nicer than the other studios. Clean and bright studio with lots of sunlight coming through. Good teachers that help you get a good work out in but also corrects your form to make sure you're doing it correctly and not hurting yourself.
I'll definitely be back. Too bad I don't live closer to it, I'd definitely come more often.

Oh wow. This place was so impressive on a couple levels.
Surface level: the facility is spotlessly clean and wonderfully open. You don't feel like you're smooshed inside.
Above surface level: I've been continually impressed with my instructors, specifically Sophia -- she has a very strong understanding how biomechanics, and her adjustments focus on injury prevention (so important and so often overlooked!). Beyond that, she's personable, challenging, and inspiring.

Tried out a couple classes at this studio - I am no Lagree novice, having tried classes at studios in LA and all over the Bay Area - and this studio reminds me of one of the good ones in LA! In the classes I took, the instructors emphasized form in each movement and really perfecting that before moving onto the next. A lot of studios in the city like to transition fast from one movement to another so you feel like you're getting a good workout, but you may not actually work a particular muscle enough and also risk doing them incorrectly and hurting yourself. If you are just starting out Lagree

Completely obsessed with this cute new Lagree spot in town!
I got into Lagree fitness about two years ago at Core40 and find the workout to be highly effective, efficient and badass! The whole class is only 40 min but you feel like you've gotten an hour's worth of intensity. There's no wasted time on breaks, and you build up the intensity and burn throughout the class. You really feel the effectiveness the next day when your body is sore all over in muscles you never knew existed.

Lagree Fit 415 is a new and modern lagree method studio in Mission Bay. If you're looking to strengthen and challenge your core, this is the place to go to!
Make sure you have grip/yoga socks and come a bit early if you're new to get acquainted with the megaformer. The owner Katie is very kind and teaches a few of the classes herself.
The exercise is slow, controlled and will burn! The point is to fatigue your muscles until they are literally shaking. Some instructors pay attention to form more than others. It's a great workout if you want to test your limits in 40 minutes.

I've been practicing the Lagree method for over 5 years, starting at CORE40. This new studio is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The instructors on the roster have been teaching Lagree for a while including some ex-CORE40 alums. Studio has 13 Megaformers, spaced out. M3S version with the rails on the front and back platform. They require grip socks but offer rentals and towel service. Although I own grip socks, I prefer to do the workout barefoot.
