Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy is an FDA approved, innovative, noninvasive and non-drug approach to treating depression. Lighthouse psychiatry has been a huge positive step in my life — Dr Ramirez is outstanding - really listens and provides multiple possible solutions. I have had psychiatric doctors in my life for about 20 years and I can sincerely say Dr Ramirez is my favorite.
I work with Kendra as my RMDR therapist and WOW - results are amazing and I am finally getting to the real cause for the first time in my life. Listens, interacts and also challenges me to work on issues inside and outside of our sessions. Love my results!

Lighthouse is a 5 star clinic!! The office staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Rachael Greensides is absolutely delightful. We met her for the first time through a telehealth appointment and she was so nice, empathetic, educational, and listened/answered all of our questions. She truly has a passion for what she does and it shows. We look forward to meeting her in person for our follow-up appointment.

This place is amazing! I see Dr. Melissa Ramirez and she is wonderful! I have never had to wait more than maybe 2 minutes for her. She has a strict policy of being on time but that is why you don’t have to wait. Also over the years I have seen Rochelle Aguila and Carol Melim. These 3 in my opinion are the best out there! Phenomenal!!! You can tell they really care about you! I will never see anyone else!

The doctors are great, but the manner in which the office is run is horrendous. They will not speak to anyone over the phone. It is just through email and the emails can range from nice and helpful to blunt and rude. I personally will not be going back. Some things like how the office is run need to change in order that patients can receive care with ease instead of days of sending emails and getting vague responses.

I started with this practice several years ago, back when my therapist was in central Phoenix and never had any issues. My doctor ended up moving to the Gilbert practice and I really liked my doctor so I followed her. It takes about an hour to drive to see my doctor and an hour home. My husband missed his appointment due to an emergency; when I went in, the practice was trying to have me pay my husbands missed appointment fees. I said he’s an adult and you can bill him direct. Both ladies up front were super rude about the fees. One even refused my refill until I saw the doctor again. I feel

Melissa Ramirez is wonderful!! I look forward to seeing her and she gives me great motivation!! She is very kind and patient. She explains what the medications do, why I should take them, and also gives me alternatives. In the 3 months I have been seeing her my life has drastically changed. I love her and I love the ladies in the front office as well! I usually dread going to appointments, but I look forward to talking to everyone there whenever I go! I am able to start doing some of the things I love again.

So far, I have had a wonderful experience. Roya, an awesome and knowledgeable NP, spoke to me like an intelligent human being.no condescension or superiority, which I have felt in other experiences. She acknowledged the hard things, validated my experience, but was positive about a making a plan. She does not over medicate and is not too aggressive in that way, which i love. She took my input openly and we adjusted things as needed. These guys made me believe that quality care is out there. They treat you with kindness, respect, and understanding. I never have to be afraid to come to them with an issue about my medication as i truly believe their providers have my best interest at heart. As far as medication management goes, their turnaround time is incredibly quick. While calls usually forward to their voice mail, I've never had to wait longer than 48 hours for a response on a refill or appointment request. I prefer to email, but they'll text you sometimes too which really speeds things up. Their office is a bit far for me

My review is not relating to quality of care and more about how short sighted they were in their response to my request for services. We were referred to Lighthouse by our family therapist. After completing the online form, sending the required photos of insurance cards, IDs, Etc. I received an email informing me they are not in my carriers network thus refusing to schedule my child. This was after I'd written of the importance of getting help for him. There are two issues with the refusal to schedule us. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Went there to get some help because I have been in major crisis mode, was told if I did not complete my patient portal in advance I needed to show up 40 min before app. I did it the night before and emailed it to them and they responded "Thank you I will put that in for you", so I thought everything was fine. I showed up 20 min early just incase and they said nothing was completed on my patient portal so I just ignored it and started doing it there. 10 min later the receptionist told me she talked with my doctor (Kelly) and the doctor said I could

This place needs to tell their psychiatrists (Dr. Ramirez) to actively LISTEN to their patients, to not talk over, interrupt, gaslight, and project their own triggers on their patients when a difficult emotion is present. Especially when they're needing a safe space to express concerns about their level of care. Labeling a patient "disrespectful" for feeling emotion and trying express that emotion is inexcusable and this office should be ashamed of themselves. I was a patient of Lighthouse Psychiatry from September, 2018 to May, 2019. I went through TMS treatment for my longstanding depression, with counseling both during and after treatment. The TMS did not help my depression but I felt pressured by the staff to say that I was feeling better because that was the outcome that they desired. The counselor kept telling me "but you are better now!" and pushing me to space my visits with her farther and farther out in spite of the fact that I would sit in her office unable to function outside of the tears streaming down my face. Dr Trinh is the most passionate and intelligent psychiatrist I've ever met. The entire staff is always so incredibly polite and the mood in the whole building is so peaceful. Dr Trinh really takes the time with each patient to understand exactly what you are going through and if you are a good candidate for TMS. He's honest and the price for the treatment was incredibly competitive and actually less than what I had expected for the future outcome you reach as a patient. If your looking for a solution to anxiety or stress and haven't been able to find one yet your search is over.
