DO NOT GO HERE!!! Absolutely atrocious customer service and massive con artists. Would give them negative stars if I could!! Should have known from my first awful experience last year, but regretfully I gave them another chance and now I'm NEVER going back. I walked in during my scheduled appointment time but had to wait 25 mins before the receptionist even addressed my presence, only to tell me my appointment wasn't on their books. After becoming dissatisfied with my old dental office, I decided to give Dr. Sooferi's office a chance. He is great at what he does. He is to the point. Being part of La Smiles Dentistry has been a great experience. I initially found this dental office online as a emergency dental office near Los Angeles and my intentions were to only get limited dental treatment done. Once I met the team of professionals, the way they took care of me and cared for me, I decided I would like to stop going to my previous dentist and continue with this office. I returned a few weeks after my initially emergency visit and had them do a complete exam. They pointed out stuff to me that I was not even aware of. This place is great. The dentist is fantastic. He was very straight to the point. I did not wait at all. He got my 4 wisdom teeth off in no time. I felt no pain. Overall a HL great experience. My daughter and I visited the dentist office on 2/8/21. Very nice, clean, updated equipment. Covid conscience! They got my daughter out pretty quick so she could make it to class. Wait wasn't too bad for me. The Dentist was kind and very thorough offering plenty of options for budget wise. I made an appt. for a basic teeth cleaning while I waited so I could get my zoom whitening but because I needed a deep cleaning, they wouldn't do a basic cleaning. Not that I wouldn't do it but for time sake I needed the basic and not to mention, I hadn't come to my first visit expecting

Dr. Sooferi and staff handled Invisalign treatment for my fiancé and I. Dr. Sooferi by far is the dentist of choice when it comes to Invisalign treatment. Staff is very warm and friendly. I want to thank everyone in the office for doing the great work they have done for me and my fiancé.

We were cautious at first to visit a dentist especially during COVID, but we felt very safe when reading over they have taken precautions having HEPA Filters in their office not just air-conditioning to improve air ventilation, antimicrobial mouthwash before start of procedures, and a few other steps they have taken to reduce the risk of transmissions between patients and staff.
Second it help that they have done my brother's root canals a couple of years ago and told us to that they are very good at making it PAINLESS and at a FAIR price.
So we ended up here first to help with my sister

I was drawn to LA Smiles because I read so many great reviews. I am nervous about dentist because I have had many, many bad experiences! I informed Dr. Sooferi and he was understanding and took care of me in a gentle and kind fashion. I needed a root canal. He was concerned if I felt any pain. I appreciated that so much. He and his assistant, Stephanie were awesome ! I must say, thank you Dr. Sooferi and beautiful Stephanie for your care and kindness ! I will be returning soon, for my crown in July. As soon as I walked in the office, staff was warm and welcoming. Checking in was easy and I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. The rooms were all clean and organized. I was going in for my yearly cleaning and an additional cosmetic consultation. The Dr. was very thorough in everything he did and after examining my mouth, he assured me that he could fix all the cosmetic problems that I was worried about. In total, I was only there for a little under an hour and walked out happy!

I came here for some general teeth cleaning last month. Scheduling with them was super easy and quick, no complications like I’ve had before with other dentists. I arrived on the date of the appointment and the staff greeted and I waited until I was called by the dentist to a room. After a couple minutes of waiting I had to switch to another room but it was no biggie, I liked the second one better lol. My teeth was then cleaned and the people taking care of me were warm and receptive to my questions. I had a great time and a great experience.

Love this place. Don't care for dentists, but it's a great local office. One of the best things about the Dr. is that she TELLS you exactly what she's doing. Not just the "open big" that all dentists tell you but specifics like "I'm going to drill this tooth and you will feel pressure and hear the drilling. It should only take a minute to a minute and a half".
It lets me know how long the work is going to take and what to expect. This is very different from most other dentists and I greatly appreciate the communication from her.

I definitely had one of the best service at this dentistry. Coming in, the front staff was very friendly. I called for an appointment, and they were nice, and they did not disappoint. My appointment was right on time, and it was hassle free. the dentist was very nice and made the operation as smooth as possible. In and out, it was a breeze. I am definitely coming back here.

Had a great experience visiting this Dentist. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I've had bad experiences at the dentist in the past and been afraid of needles since I was young. I needed a filling and had to find the best in the area. The prices were very reasonable and my insurance covered most of the costs! I was also treated to a teeth evaluation in which I decided to get my teeth cleaned. I would definitely recommend Smiles Dentistry to anyone that wants their teeth cared by professionals. 5/5 stars.

After moving to Southern California from Northern California, I was in need of a new dentist. Given that I was new to the area, it is almost a sure thing to use yelp as my source. After countless hours of researching for a new dentist, I found LA Smiles Dentistry. The dentist that helped me is Dr. Sooferi. I had said that I need a new retainer, but did not like the traditional wire retainer. He referred the an alternative, a night guard. I said I will try and, I am thrilled. Night guard so much better than the traditional retainer because it is invisible. I can go to a store and not be worried

Contrary to most of my experiences at the dentist, my time with LA Smiles has been absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in and are greeted, you know that you are in good hands. Anybody caring for you will tell you what they’re doing, and check with you to make sure you feel comfortable. Definitely was a nice change after some particularly bad service in the past. When I heard that this was the best dentist in LA, I VERY soon learned why after I made my first appointment. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else now, so do your teeth a favor, go here!
