I've been going to Brad's boot camp for about 10+ years now, off and on. Obviously I'm a fan! I usually go on Tu & Th for weights and strength training, plus a small amount of cardio. I don't do the cardio days often, which are M, W, F, because I can't run well. However, when I go to the cardio days, even though I'm slower, Brad plans a course with a loop or a turn around point for me, so I don't feel lame because I'm not able to keep up.

I like Brad's classes for many reasons. He doesn't yell at you like a drill sergeant (so if that&apos

My husband and I have been taking Brad's boot camp on and off for a year and we love it. Just like the other reviewers said, Brad doesn't yell, he explains, encourages and quietly motivates.
So with an A+ leader, reasonable rates and the great outdoors it really is the perfect way to get in shape.

I guess I'd better let the cat out of the bag: this is the reason why, despite my supposed unemployment, I've been waking up early almost every weekday. (I write "supposed" with the implication that my unemployment is temporary, but more so because I kind of detest the notion that being unemployed means that you can't still have a productive --- albeit with some liberties --- 9-5 day.) I've previously kept up what I thought to be an acceptable diet and exercise regimen, the variants of which all ultimately failed because I was too stubborn to admit that I couldn&apos

I'm in week 4 and I'm addicted. Never will I go back to a stuffy gym. I feel stronger than ever and Bodycore has made me even like getting up at 5:30am. A sentence I never thought I'd say outloud. Brad is a great guy-and I love that the workout is different every day. Keeps it interesting. The price is also completely reasonable. One thing that really stood out to me is that most of the people in the classes I've attended have not just been going to Bodycore for a few months-they've been signed up for a year or more. A true testament to Brad's training skillz.

Brad is AWESOME! I have the body of a GODDESS and it's all due to him. Fantastic cardio days MWF up any hill or staircase he can find in the vicinity - we occasionally get to do a nice flat fast run, but really, we live in San Francisco so it's got to be about the hills, right? He doesn't scream at us and NEVER uses a whistle (thank gawd, it is 6am after all) he is hysterically funny and a super nice guy. You will love this bootcamp.

Great Outdoor workout! I love having a group to workout with and keep motivated. Every day is a different workout, keeping it interesting and focusing on different areas - like abs, legs, back, etc. We also get to see great parks and places in the city. It is flexible if you want to attend 3, 4 or 5 days, and for the price, it is a great value.

If you want to check it out, sometimes we get together for Saturday runs in the park, check out the website.

Brad is great and working out in some of the most beautiful parts of the city makes it all worthwhile (after the class is over!).

Brad leads this bootcamp and it's pretty great - even though 7:00am is crazy early for me!! but a girl's gotta do what a girl needs to do to get in shape for her wedding. MWF are run days - and we've done everything from runs in the park to drills in the stadium. T/TH are weight days and you bring your own weights for the workout which combines the weights and some stairs to mix it up. so far, the class has been pretty intimate - i'd love if more people would join us!! it's so much more fun to be out and about then in some sweaty gym. i think it's a little pricey

Brad is fantastic! and the other bootcampers are interesting people who make it worth getting up in the morning - plus being in great shape is a reward in itself. Good for people in shape or out of shape, as long as you can afford it :)
