At Wynnewood Farms, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

My hubby & I have lived here almost 6 yrs. we have enjoyed our living here, people are friendly, & we plan to stay here! Lots of trees, makes u feel like u are living in the country. We have activities that is put on from the office crew. Recent one was Mardi Gras. Our maintenance guys we could not ask for any better. They treat us like family. Sam, Gabe. Our office mangers Jessica tried to keep us happy with adding new things. And it is so appreciated! We live in the courtyard, so we get to visit with many people,walking to the pool in summer time, & pet the puppies. We have looked

This place has been troublesome from the beginning. Right before my daughter started school we had a mold outbreak covering one of the walls in her bedroom. They relocated us but we had to figure out transportation to school since we were now out of district. I have a full time job and need to rely on the school bus to pick her up. This lasted a few weeks with no reimbursement. Then an altercation with a neighbor had us fearful for our safety but even with a call to the office they did nothing but call the person and told him not to talk to us. I have been living here for the past seven months. My experience has been excellent. The management here goes out of way to address maintenance issues on time. I have never had a maintenance issue that was neglected. The pool is well kept and the club facilities are brilliant. An added feature are the fitness classes on Tuesdays. The apartments are free of any sort of bugs and all equipments function like new (though they are dated). The community is cohesive and a lot of activities are held to keep it together. Hats off to the management for the effort. The apartments are located bang opposite

Horrible experience living in this apartment - for just 1 year! Heating and cooling runs you at least $250/month in the summer and winter. We even went without air for a week and had over 15 maintenance calls and they did absolutely nothing about it. They go against their word and do not look out for the renters best interest. To top it off they charged us multiple fees after we moved out without telling us AFTER I signed the move out sheet that just stated two small charges for blinds and drip pans. We found out when we received half of our deposit! They are shady and rip you off! I sincerely

I've loved this apartment! I'm very surprised to see such bad reviews and in my over a year here I've always loved the friendly neighbors and office and maintenance staff. I think the complex is beautiful and well maintained. They keep up with the landscaping and have always been prompt with any maintenance request.. Justin in particular is my favorite maintenance guy ever! He's always excellent and prompt, and so kind that even my skittish chihuahua likes him. :)

It gets old having a heating system set on a conservative 62 degrees and wake up to it being a frigid 54 degrees in the apartment. We've gone through enough Duraflame & firewood. It is time for my public rant of the Wynnewood Farms apartment complex in Overland Park/Leawood owned by Price Brothers. After weeks of service calls, emails, and failed attempts to fix the unit the property manager doesn't have the guts to admit that we are right. There is a problem and they don't know how to fix it. We dealt with the opposite issue this summer with it being 85+ degrees in the apartment

Don't Do It!!! Don't rent here!! Unless of course you wanna go broke due to high heating bills in the winter thanks to the lack of insulation in the apartment. Seriously. Read some of the reviews on the ApartmentRatings website. This place is SO not luxury. The fitness center here is pitiful - I've been better at a Holiday Inn Express. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! Why? Because most of the spaces are covered car ports that they charge for! Wankers.
