I tried the jumpstart trial membership and later signed up for a full membership and had a great experience with them!
I started going to the gym (another gym) earlier this year but I didn't know what I was doing and would just go around the gym trying different machines. Then I switched to pro fit and saw results immediately. I saw more progress in one month with pro fit than the previous 3-4 months at the other gym! And I'm not even exaggerating.
I love that they would put up a workout on the board for me each time I come in and would try to squeeze me in when I couldn't make

I signed up for the Jumpstart package and really enjoyed the personal training. It was personalized and the instructors are very focused on you as an individual. I also really liked the solo workouts because they give you a routine to follow which is much more motivating than simply coming for open gym. I am very cautious about COVID19 and felt they did a good job of limiting the number of people in the gym, creating "zones", and having lots of cleaner/sanitizer around. The instructors wear a mask the whole time, and it's optional for the students. I highly recommend this gym!

Really great crew of trainers here! When I joined, I had just been doing recreational athletics for a few years prior. After 4 months, built a strong foundation and look forward to continuing my progress. I see both newbs and advanced athletes training here!

I love working out at ProFit and I have seen a steady progress since I started. What I love about them the most is that they are focussed on YOUR goals. A year back I remember I came to this gym and spoke to Jared about a sciatic lower back pain I was dealing with and how I wanted to alleviate that while at the same time gain strength. He made me train with Chris who focussed on breathing, stretching and strength during my sessions and I have never had any lower back pain since then. They're flexible with their schedule and they'll always make sure you finish all your workouts for the week
Even though you work with different trainers each time, they all know what your previous workouts have been like, your strengths, weaknesses and any injuries that you sustained in the past and they make sure to change your workout accordingly.

Its so weird that I used to hate working out because Pro Fit has completely changed my mind. I have been going since July 2018 and I have never felt stronger or more competent at the gym. As a plus size woman, I was incredibly insecure about going to any sort of gym or asking for help but all the trainers have been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They are also super great with scheduling-- they have always been able to fit me in somewhere even though I travel every other week. I am super impressed with my progress and can't wait to continue into 2019!

Coming out of college I decided I needed to get back into the gym--my diet of cigarettes and coffee left my body the shape of a literal noodle. Luckily, I found Pro Fit. I have trained with 4 or 5 different trainers over the last two years and each one has been awesome. I go earlier in the day (probably because I'm self loathing enough to put myself through that) and I cannot get through the door before I get a warm "Hey Nick" and genuinely nice welcome. These guys are actually very cool and just being there makes you feel better. The sessions are packed with challenging workouts

Have been going to Pro Fit for 10 months and love the experience so far. Kevin and all the trainers have been great and I'm sure I'll be going for as long as I'm in Seattle. Some things I really appreciate and make them unique from other things I've done in Seattle.

I couldn't be happier about joining Pro Fit. I've been working out there for almost a year with a trainer twice a week and the changes to my body have been fantastic. Before starting at Pro Fit I was struggling with back issues and they've tailored my workout routines to focus on my core to ensure that we can prevent back episodes in the future.

My first visit at Pro fit was mediocre and I don't plan on returning. I had been doing a new client special at a local competitor and wasn't convinced that I wanted to invest in a full time membership, so I looked online for alternatives near by and I found Pro Fit. Awesome gym with great trainers. They keep track of your progress very closely and keep updating the work routine for maximum impact. The trainers are helpful and motivate you to do your best. They discuss and resolve any problems being faced by you and educate you regarding the various workouts they recommend according to your body and objectives.
I have been continuing with them for over seven months now and still am as motivated as the day one for visiting the gym. The best thing about them is that they make sure that you are getting results for your time.

Pro fit has everything you need for a great workout! My Trainers knowledge of working with injuries has helped improve my strength and endurance in a short period of time. Jared and co are doing a great job in training me and my boyfriend. Both of us have different goals and the team is making sure to give us individual attention. Their approach is more customized than the large scale gyms. Pro fit is meant to be a personal training gym and it encompasses workouts in which we use the equipment or weights or both. Each trainer that I have worked with has his/her own expertise, which works the best!
They keep a check on us and our progress every time we go in.

I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the camaraderie of great, friendly coaches who are able to get to know the people at the gym individually. It is an experience I have never felt elsewhere, and I have had years of fitness in running, swimming, Crossfit, memberships at other gyms. Pro Fit Training Gym is incomparable. I am happy I found it.

I have been training with Pro Fit for 2 months now. Every coach I have worked with have a lot of knowledge on fitness training and they design workouts specifically for me based on my condition. I definitely achieved more with a 25min session than I did with 1.5hour workout by myself before. Absolutely recommend this place if you want to maximize your time efficiency for workout.

I've been training now at Pro Fit for over a year and am probably in some of the best shape I've been in since college. I'm in my late 50's and I have always been physically active all my life and want to continue to do as many of the activities (hiking,climbing) I enjoy for as long as possible. I've had some pretty significant surgeries that have perplexed other trainers, but the trainers at Pro Fit have been amazing at adapting workouts so I stay in shape, corrected form that have resolved nagging injuries and and allowed me to keep doing what I enjoy...all in 25 minutes a 2-3 days a week. Investing in your health is one of the best thing any of us can do. I have been with Pro-Fit for 2+years now and I still love it. The work-outs are always new and challenging-never a repeat. The trainers are all personable, well educated in health and fitness, and consistently upbeat and attentive. They customize a 25min work-out for each client that is safe as well as goal oriented. I work out 2x per week (one private session and one couples session with my husband.) Honestly, I look forward to going to Pro-fit. Yes, I said "look forward to"! I have been training with Pro Fit for almost 2 years now. In that time, I've lost fat, gained muscle and most importantly learned how to properly eat to maintain my progress. The crew is extremely knowledgable and willing/able to adapt to your goals.

I have tried quite a few gyms and personal training in Seattle and by far Pro fit is the best service that I have come across. They are very personalized, flexible and customer focused. I am a skinny man and my goal was to put on 20 lbs of lean mass in the right areas. Dre and Jared designed the perfect program for me, made me work at affordable rates and at the end of it I gained 15lbs of lean mass. This is way better than what I have gotten in other gyms over the last 3 years! Plus, I did not use any supplements including the protein shakes during this time!

I feel like the trainers at ProFit are really top notch and know their stuff when it comes to PT. Be prepared for the first work out - it's super killer, and took me about a week for my body to recover from it. You definitely come away from a 30-min session knowing you had a really good, tough work out. There are no lazy, easy work outs here!
I wish they had a shower here, so that I could have come for training during my break from work in the middle of the day. But you can't have everything!
