Fitness Choices
My passion lies in helping my clients achieve health and fitness through movement and good nutrition. I am a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, as well as a very active adult who loves to be busy! The people that really love what I do are those who have a fitness or health goal, are willing to work hard for it, and love the personal attention, creativity, and continued support that I provide.

No worries if you are struggling to develop healthier habits and figure out what your fitness and/or health goals even are! Sometimes that can take a while and I will patiently guide you through the process. My clients would definitely say that I provide a supportive community where we really get to know one another and develop a mutual respect for each other.

Let's face it, many of us struggle with how we feel about our bodies. We tell ourselves that we are too round, too flabby, not strong enough, etc. Sue's passion lies in helping her clients eliminate those feelings by learning how to make better fitness and nutritional choices. She is compassionate, easy to get along with, and a fun person to be around.

Personal Training with me is such a wonderful way to be held accountable for your fitness goals, as well as to be coached, supported, and get the results that you want! I have been a Personal Trainer since 1998 and love helping people get fit and achieve their health and fitness goals. A lot of people have weight loss goals, health goals, fitness goals, but the bottom line is that they all want to feel better in and about their bodies.
Sue's mat Pilates is good for every body! She offers supportive coaching with a variety of exercises to increase flexibility and strength. The Pilates method of exercises develops a strong core, improves flexibility and overall strength, balance, and helps people really connect their bodies and their minds through movement.
Virtual Training pricing is the same as for Personal Training with the addition of these two budget-friendly options below:. Package of 4--1x/week Virtual workout (Zoom or FaceTime) plus weekly email and/or text support (two workouts will be emailed to you to follow on your own during the time period of the package).

I've been working with Sue for a little over a year and am in better shape than I was 10 years ago. Whether in a 1:1 or small group session she pushes me do my personal best. This summer's Saturday morning and Monday night boot camps at the Locks have been awesome!
