Ben is an excellent trainer. I originally started training with Ben as I had a bad/weak back. I have had no back trouble since! Friendly, persuasive and gentle, Ben will push your limits without you realizing it. He pays close attention to your strength, energy levels and weaknesses - including wanting to know if you have eaten properly. I would highly recommend Ben and at this stage would never change trainers.

Ben is a fantastic trainer! I've been training with him for over a year and have looked forward to all of my workouts. He is very attentive to what my goals are and tailors every workout with them in mind. He also pays close attention to injuries, pains, kinks, etc to make sure any workout doesn't do further damage to that area. My energy levels have gone way up over the year and I'm far healthier and stronger than I would be without him. If you want a trainer that is knowledgeable, experienced, easy to talk to, patient and flexible, Ben is the guy. I highly recommend him to anyone

I have a sort of love-and-hate relationship with. I love him because he is an awesome trainer - full of technique knowledge, focus on individual goals and needs, great patient and understanding, flexible scheduling, and of course an easy funny down-to-earth personality doesn't hurt neither. What I "hate" about him is that he is always able to talk me out of giving up on myself. His ability to motivate me whether to complete last few push-ups or to encourage me working out on my own time surprises me all the time. Give Ben a try, and you will know what I meant.
