At first I was a little skeptical because Dellino's instant chat system on their website was almost too fast and easy to make a consultation appointment. I had written to several family law places in the Seattle area, but wasn't hearing back from any of them, so I wondered how this could be so efficient. Well, despite my hesitation, I ended up working with Michelle on some paperwork and it went flawlessly! She and her team were so responsive, helpful, and patient. I rarely write negative reviews and it's hard to write a review like this but I'm not sure what else to do. My ex and I asked Dellino Law to review and help us revise our child support. The first thing they said was that it would be unethical to talk to us both (which is not what other law firms have told us). When I asked, why is it unethical for two exes to try to work together on something, they said Michelle would not work with us but one of her associates would.

If there was a fraction of a 1 or 0 or negative numbers id choose those. Michelle Dellino the managing attorney spoke with me via email and confirmed seeing me on the 18th (today) of september. I still have the email. She now today, when i have a child support hearing she is fully aware of, wont answer calls or emails. Further her front desk was very rude told me not to come in and that im mistaken the meeting is friday even though i have the proof in my emails.
