Thank you for the standardized reply template.
Issues with TVH:
1. Plan expired in October. Next yearly appointment auspiciously scheduled one (1) month after.
2. Wellness plan pricing raised without notification. There is not much of a discount on plan from standard rates charged.
3. Condescending final statement of reply. This is definitely not the type of customer service anyone should receive.

Everyone at TVH is extremely competent and compassionate. I love not only all the people there but I am especially impressed by the kindness, dedication, knowledge, and tenderness they show their patients and (of course) the parents.
I recommended TVH to several of my friends who are equally satisfied. My vet is Dr. Webster--- who is awesome. All the Vets there are also terrific.
I adore my animals and want to provide them with the very best of Care. I am also thrilled to support an All Female Clinic of Professionals.

I’ve been going to Tampa veterinary hospital for the last 4 or so years! I love all the Doctors here, and love how kind and professional they all are. I appreciate the Doctors calling themselves to follow up, and just the personal touch and connection!! My cats were and are well treated, especially towards the end of their lives.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I had an emergency with my bunny and they fit me in, took great care of my bunny, and made me feel okay after a very stressful situation. Every staff member from the front desk associates to the vet techs to the vet were so nice and so comforting. Thank you all so much for everything!

I give TVH 20 ⭐️’s. As an AKC breeder of miniature long haired dachshunds, I only trust my dogs care to the very best. I have been a client of both locations for over 4 years now. I can’t begin to tell you how… wonderful Dr. Webster and her staff are. I drive over an hour and a half to come to TVH and will continue to do so for the excellent care and friendliness I receive here. Dr. Webster is an expert in her profession and I value her evaluations of my puppies when I bring them in. She will tell it like it is (if a puppy should be bred or placed as a pet) and

We have only been to Tampa Veterinary Hospital a couple of times, but we have been very impressed with the level of care for our dog, as well as the kind and professional behavior of the staff. In particular, I wanted to give a shout-out to Erika, who amazingly let me in 30 minutes after hours when I confusedly showed up to try to get a prescription late on Friday, and of course Dr. Webster who wrote the prescription (and other staff of course who helped). In addition, the new facility itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. You will definitely not be disappointed going to Tampa Veterinary Hospital

I do not have enough words to describe how kind, understanding, personable, and professional the people at Tampa Veterinary Hospital are! My pup, Koda, is petrified of the vet and most places we go, the staff do not have the patience to handle him. The staff at Tampa Veterinary Hospital treated my dog with patience and were so friendly to him and went above and beyond to make him comfortable after seeing how terrified he was. ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE!! This is the second time this Vet quotes literally 3 times as much as the market rate. This Vet quoted me $487.44 for two stitches. I was able to get it done at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital for $300 less. Now they just quoted nearly $1,000 to remove a skin tag the size of a dime. Exorbitantly high prices.

Very uncaring vet. The only thorough thing they accomplished was listing each charge. Took my cousins sick cat for evaluation. First charge over $300. Bloodwork, etc. Couldn’t collect enough blood for a thorough check up. Bill dropped to $200+. Vet never returned to talk to us. Was told the vet will call in the morning.
Cat was obviously dehydrated (not able to collect enough blood!!!) sent the cat home without any idea of how to help her! Found out the next day that the cat was in kidney failure. No IVs, no plan 2, no interest at all in the cats health.
I would never take my cat here!

I’ve always had such a pleasant experience at Tampa Ver Hospital with Dr. Kleinman & staff ! They are all so friendly from the receptionist to the front desk each staff member I encounter at the office makes… my experience that much better! My 3 year old mini poodle is paralyzed and they even help me in and out of my car which seems like an impossible task with my six month old baby and paralyzed dog. 5/5 stars ⭐️

I was recommended to this vet by my regular feed store when my goose got a large abcess on her leg and needed vet care. This office was amazing from the start! Getting my goose, (Jane) an appointment with a wonderful exotic vet who was beyond amazing with my baby! They are very affordable and care for the animals like they are their own! I would recommend them for anyone with a pet!

I first wanted to say how happy and thankful I am for the care my 12 year old cat received today at TVH. I am a new client, and was able to get a same day appointment. After a scary trip to the emergency vet last night, Dr.Webster calmly explained what was going on with our cat, and quickly came up with a treatment plan. I explained that I am on a very limited income, and the Dr assured me that we would figure out a treatment plan that fit my budget (which was true!). The staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I left feeling confident that my cat’s care was in great hands. I

My rescue, Lucy and I are so grateful for Dr.Webster and her staff. Im happy i decided to return to TVH after a bad experience at another vet hospital that I wanted to try. Dr.Webster goes above and beyond and… has revealed a part of my rescues past life when she lived in Alabama that I would of never known if it wasn’t for Dr.Webster wanting to do xrays. We love TVH!

The staff at Tampa Veterinary Hospital are phenomenal. We came into the office with a dog in labor and everyone did an amazing job helping me and my dog through a rough 12 hour labor. The vet techs were great and Jenny was there the whole day and helped us deliver our new little ones. Dr. Webster was also very informative and listened to our… concerns and made sure to give us all the options. We could definitely tell the staff is all very passionate about their work and love what they do. We will be coming here for all our veterinary care from now on. Thank you!
