Ericka works in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Yoga, Meditation, Spin and Strength Training coach (say that 5x fast!). With more than 1,000 training hours and a decade of hands-on experience, her passion lies in motivating and inspiring others. Her movement classes are showered with intelligent sequencing and epic playlists.

You can often find her in office spaces cultivating a platform for team building and sharing her playful nature through all levels stretch sessions or bootcamps. Office yoga clients enjoy a wide variety of benefits from Ericka's classes, including relief from "Tech neck" and shoulder tension, improved digestive function, and an increase in creativity and productivity.

Ericka is the most high caliber trainer I have ever met or heard about. When thinking about the ideal trainer, I picture someone who will safely push me beyond what I think I can do, holds me and my progress accountable, cares about my overall well being, and most importantly, makes my workouts fun and the highlight of my week - Ericka is all that and more.

I met Ericka at work - she was our office's trainer. Despite the group setting, I've received way more personalized attention from her than any private trainer. She remembers every little injury and ache that I tell her about, skills

I've known Ericka personally for years, and my wife and I spent about 3 months training with her earlier this year. It was one of the best things we could have done! Ericka's program was a one hour weekly zoom fitness session, plus monitoring our diets. Erika introduced us to an eating journal app, which she monitored on a daily basis. She told us to set up a goal for 10 lbs. weight loss (both of us felt it would be impossible!). Suffice to say, we achieved our weight loss goal and more; 15 lbs of weight loss, increased strength and flexibility, and much improved health overall

Ericka is a phenomenal personal trainer who brings a holistic approach to fitness. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing you to do more than you think you can and preventing you from doing too much, stressing a long-term approach that is both sustainable and effective. Ericka evinces a deep knowledge of physiology, nutrition and health. Just as importantly, she communicates this effectively, explaining the "whys" behind each exercise and activity. She is also a lot of fun to work with!
